Hi folks,

I'll be over on the following dates. Staying in Zandvoort, but will probably come through to Amsterdam on the 20th for a visit.
Also planning on a day trip to Leiden, so any tips would be great.

Remember Leiden shops dont open until 5pm* and very few have seating areas/space.
Ones to check out:
High Society
Double AA (Buy and fly only)
Relax (small seating area/fish tank smoking room)

Leiden loop is a great walk round the city with plenty to see, you can get a free walking guide/brochure for this at the visitor centre just a little further up the road from the station entrance/exit.

Sumatra? Indonesian restaurant a couple of doors up from CS Double AA highly recommended by a few ACD members.

Amsterdam is my all-time favorite European destination, where everything is amazing. If you stay on 20th of April in Amsterdam you will definitely come back here in your next trip. Have a great trip.
