Does anyone know if you need to have a Wietpass to buy in Tillburg? I might be staying there for a few weeks in October

I don't think there is wietpas anymore in Tilburg, locals does not need to register at the town hall. However, they are not selling to foreigners, you need to have dutch documents to get in, so it's quite the same !

It seems that things in Tillburg have changed at least for now! But you may be getting there to late unless the experiment is extended!
