IMO, Tweede Kamer is everything Dampkring should be and vice versus. The bottom line is they both have great gear.

A "Must Visit", as over-used as the term is.

Based on Queensday 2004 I highly recommend Mazar-I-Sharif & Super Tbizla. Hashish is their Forte!

More recent reports to come soon.

Went in on new years day this year because the Dampkring was full to the brim! The Tweede Kamer had people occupying all the tables but the pushing and cramping was not present and we were quickly served by a friendly dealer and came out with 2 top notch weeds: Hawaiian Haze and NYC Diesel

I just wish they labelled their weed bags, I guess not really a problem if the two are real different looking.

Will definately go again.

Got a seat in here this time - not the most comfy of seats though I must admit!

As always you are spoilt for choice from their menu but I have never been dissapointed yet. Friendly staff and a nice open atmosphere for a small shop.

Would most definately go again and even stay for a drink, but just the one purely because I found the seats such a pain in the ass

I definitely enjoyed the Tweede Kramer. While I found the Dampkring to be "too bar-esque", the Tweede Kramer was perfect for a rainy afternoon to lay back and enjoy a smoke. They were out of "Oceans 12 Haze" when I got there but the NYC Diesel more than made up for it. Packs quite the punch.

I'm kinda glad that Dampkring attracts the major attention and this spot is more laid back. Way it should be as far as I'm concerned.

I've been here a few times with great results as far as smoke. The last week of June I tried their Rifman "milkala" (sp?). This Rifman hash was 14 euros a gram. It was a very soft sample like a fresh stick of chewing gum. Very energized head buzz and tasted of fresh flowers - the best hash I sampled during this visit. Dare I say it? This rifman sample was even better than the Grey Mist Crystals I had the day before. Personal perference I guess but there you have it.

Tweede Kahmer

Post by Jenleigh611 »

My boyfriend and I went to Amsterdam over the spring and we had heard good things about the tweede kahmer, so we tried to find it for days and finally we gave up and we took an alley to get back to our hotel and we found it. It is tiny and very easy to miss cause we had walked by it already and missed it. But it was out favorite. Great menu, nice people.

The wife and I missed it too the first time around, but finally managed to find it. Very nice staff. Bought a joint of ice-o-later, was good but mixed with tobacco. My fault for not asking. AzLaker 8)

tweed kamer poll

Post by stickeyman deluxe NYC »

I really enjoyed the vibe in this place. When I walked in , the crazy world of aurthur brown was playing, that song "fire". It was so damn groovy. I havent visited since 89. Wow thats too damn long! I must get back to the dam. Tweed kamer was really chill. Nice helpful staff, excellent hash, and grass. I highly recommend it. Nice and small. By the way, Tweed Kamer translates to 2 rooms in dutch. Smoke on. SMD BK NYC. 8)

One of amsterdams finest shops.

Same strains and quality as the Dampkring but much more cosy.

Usually playing some funky jazz or breaks.

Worth a visit for their hash alone. Try their Super Tbizla.
