Does anyone know how to get to Jaarbeurs once I get off the train station in Utrecht

I mean there should be a bunch of other people and pretty obvious but it would still be nice to know

What's this Trance energy? Is it a festival or somesort of club night as I dont mind a bit of trance now & again. where's it at & is it ticket only event?
