As of January this year you can't drink either ! Prior to this year the drinking age (at least to buy beer from Supermarkets) was 16 (which funnily enough I never knew as a youth), however it is now 18 !dridri78 wrote:I go in Amsterdam next week and I don't have 18 years old and I would to Know if in all coffee shops they ask idendity card ?????

Re: Your 3 Favourite Coffeeshops
Okay so another trip and another change of mind. Anyday and 1e Hulp are still hanging in my top 5 from before but it now goes as follows, in order:
1. Utopia
2. De Graal
3. Voyagers
Utopia is still unsurpassable for me, purely because of the customer service. Citral is a constant source of delight too. They treat you like an old friend, they always have a unique menu and I still have yet to smoke something from there that's not top shelf. Then again, I haven't tried the PP...
De Graal has very good service too but it's up there for me because it's an all rounder. I know this is completely a personal preference thing but for me, the spaces you can hang in just feel so homely and there's a good variety of areas to sit your ass down and smoke. The hashes I tried here were the best and definitely held the consistency I remember from a few years ago. LA Con was the strongest smoke of my trip hands down, Kashmir put black hash back in my good books and Super Cream was everything moroc needs to be.
Voyagers is still there for the simple fact that the weed is, for me at least, the best in town. Everything they have has it's own thing going on AND most the strains they have are rarely found anywhere else OR found at a lower quality. Lemon bubble was astonishingly tasty, Kosher was almost as good as the pre-cup batch from last November, the TT strain looked and smelt incredible and blah blah blah.... Yeah... They have really good shit here.

1 - picking up the pieces - great weed, great atmosphere and best of all their hot chocolates r the shit!!! Our best coffeeshop by far! Right in the centre great if your way to the red light or dam square.
2 - barneys uptown - again great weed and atmosphere. We stayed up this way so needed to find a good coffeeshop on our doorstep, great staff like everywhere and can get a good cup of english tea.
3 - high time - i think this is what it was called, we like this 1 as it had a big couch upstairs and after numerous joints its good to relax. Great coffeshop as its right by the red light also!! Great staff they gave us a pack of king size to take us on r way!
