Even places like Amsterdam and nepal its technically only tolerated but still illegal. usa has medicinal weed which you can be busted for recreationally. Some places have decriminalised personal posession but growing and sharing is still a crime.....

Is there not some states/provinces of india Where it's legal ? It's state controlled anyway (at certain times of year) bang lhassi etc and do the sadhus not puff away legally ?

I'm pretty sure it's decriminalized in Portugal, which is not legal exactly, but that could just be for their harder classes of drugs.

They've had great success since they've stopped criminally prosecuting hard drug users. Usage rates are down as are drug crimes. If you get busted there with hard drugs, it's confiscation and then mandatory social programs (drug treatment etc).

totally legal in "SOAPYLAND" ...but for some strange the irish govt doesn`t recognise my country or its by-laws ....but i did spend sometime in tavira portugal where some locals told me its legal to carry up to an oz of anything ya want

Well I've read that in Pakistan weed grow in the streets and you can smoke it, + everyone seem to sell hash. A lot of hash is made in Afghanistan too...
So maybe they're not that hardcore with cannabis there
