Shipping seeds back?

I normally buy seeds online from Attitude seed bank in the UK, shipped to the US. Never had an issue.

Are there shops that will post/ship for you if buy locally in Amsterdam? or is it better to buy and ship yourself before leaving? Thanks in advance..

I know most seed company's wont ship to the US as seeds are illegal there as you know.
so posting yourself would be best.
