E-mail fucked with grrrrrrrrr

so my e-mail has been fucked with somehow, some of my contacts have been sent mails containing spam links to random health food links , anyone here who has my e-mail will know just how little I use it so ignore any of these you recieve & apologies

Same thing happened to me as well recently. All my contacts got spammed. Some took it personal.

I had the same problem a while ago. The fix seemed to be changing the password to the email account.

Ditto with email spamming people. As FBN suggests changing the password can work, you can also tell if security has been compromised by checking under 'options' and if you have an alternative email address inserted there or details you don't recognise you would need to report this. Another way to prevent this happening is to remove 'contacts' as ordinarily the spam will be sent to those in your contents folder. If your own email address is spamming you, don't open the email but mark it as spam. Finally, make sure when you use free wifi that the network is secure as this too can compromise your security

I get viagra spam ever since I was 20. Maybe in fifty years I'll finally answer one of their spams!
