o man the sentencing is here in seattle..get that ish outta here..change of venue please. seattle is one of the more pot tollerant cities..we got hempfest. seattle seems to like its pot compared to other cities. i bet theres alot of protests.


i kinda met emery once at his bookstore/vape room in vancouver. seemed a nice guy. dude prob knew it wasn't a good idea to send seeds to the states though. if i was a seed bank owner i sure wouldn't send them here!

i also agree USBL and cantona that Emery definetely knew what he was getting himself into.

however i do feel bad for the guy.. especially if he is actually extradited to the U.S.

i have met him a few times and bought seeds and bud from his store. also met marijuana man . in fact he was the person who helped me choose my first seeds to grow.

his shop is actually still pretty wicked with a smoking cafe at the back of it with all kinds of cannabis culture stuff about and he has some great glass and other cannabis products

He knew he was selling seeds to the US. Agreed!

However, the Yank charges are that he is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, exporter of drugs to the US.

Walters, the former US "drug czar", was such a stupid cunt, a senator from Vancouver even publicly (and rightly) called him a moron for the heavy handed charges!

Really, if he had been importing/exporting marijuana into the US, then why not charge him for importing/exporting marijuana at the gross weight of all the seeds he ever sold to the US?

No doubt this would have been much less than a kilo. A kilo of dope makes him public enemy number one?

wasnt WRONG what he did! hes WAS trying to strayed WEED around he also GAVE alot of seed and legal help for ppl wit medical raisons and Most of the moneys MADE was put back either in tax form or HELP out more ppl!! if he be charged in california the Arnord would put a stop to this BS and save the time and money it goin to cost in court!!

hes a crimanal..he broke the law..he will burn like a fat doobie...its called an example..done to chong and a few others...to bad but oh well..better him then....us...yay,,i will tell a quick story..a few of my friends ordered some beans from him in 1996...ordered skywalker.mazar and a few others...wasnt what we got..got some kind of ditch skunk...called bait and switch..when we contacted the seed bank,,we were told not to talk about it and we take our chances when we do these things.....300 bucks for seeds and none of what we ordered...so that would be a fail in my book..called bait and switch..so inn conclusion i have no compassion for a company that knew what it was doing....wrong...btw...facebook is a imformation mining site..not secure at all
