Always say good morning, keep the music down, keep your garden tidy, no parties or loud music, don't use their parking spot, don't litter, laugh at their jokes, say you support the same football team. Be the very best neighbour they could hope for and keep the smoking discrete. Does anyone really give a shit about work when you're not there?
