I think you hit USBL's bong IG, I remember James replaced USBL's other tube with one with a ganja leaf on it when I was there in November we seshed that baby a bunch. Mine is petit maybe a foot tall with orange and yellow designs on the top and bottom I packed it all up into its bong case and gave it to him to hold onto for me until my next return when I was there last November!

I love how it's like one big, happy family sometimes in here... this is one of those moments. :D

@Rasa: Yup it was Bong's bong

@USBL: You're right, bro, I loved it... one of the best bongs I've ever smoked from, honestly. 8)

Wandered in last Saturday evening about 9pm on the vague chance that there may be some cake left - unsurprisingly it was all gone. :(
The place was very quiet with maybe 5 or 6 people at 2 tables, next door at Bagheera was virtually empty, in fact they were putting the outside tables away and stacking chairs.
On the plus side I spoke briefly to 'son of' Leo who was tending the bar and can confirm that he is a very pleasant and polite young man - a credit to his late father and to 'uncle' James. 8)
Looks like he's learning the family business and blending in well, also did a discreet double take at his likeness to Leo too.
Didn't purchase anything as I had my cake hunting head on so bid him farewell and ventured forth into the night.
Legged it round the corner and Rusland was empty too apart from two pairs of feet I could just see at a table in the upper level.
Very quiet round there for a Saturday night me thought.
Headed off towards the centre to continue my quest :D
First visit October 1976 last visit still to come ....

Just went back and caught up on Basjoes and the latest.

USBL - that's a great pic there of you and the boys. Leo will be sadly missed.

When I think of Basjoes, I only have good thoughts and I think that's why it holds such a special place in my heart. That sounds corny as fuck, but seriously it's one of the THE BEST places in the world.

Keep the peace.

I totally agree man definitely the first place I think of when I think Amsterdam. I had a great time when I was there and James couldn't be nicer, that place really does give off great vibes. I can't wait to go back just thinking about it. :D

Loved it here. Our group was lucky enough to get seats (five of us) and was recommended the Heavans Haze. It was a great smoke. Sat and played chess and chilled out to the jazz music. Definately my type of place. The Heavans Haze alongside SSH from Hunters where my top smokes while away.
