No, I come from Canada. But I'm over 40, quiet and well-mannered. This is my fourth trip. in other sections of the board your posts seem to be filled with a deep seeded distain , ive never ever witnessed someone puke on the streets or people making idiots of themselves in Amsterdam sure ive seen groups of people in my age group laughing and joking whilst walking , but no different from a saturday night in London , New York , Dublin etc
only notable incident i ever noticed was on a friday night me and my friend went looking for ciggarettes and we saw some locals drunk and they crashed into eachothers bikes , was funny !!

a think "loud ill mannered and drunk" sums up the kind of people your talking about... not cannabis smokers... Sure some people get wasted high and make an ass of themselves giggling but there doing no harm. To be quite frank I have only witnessed the type of behavior you have described on rare occasions in the Red Light District at night so I am going to have to disagree with your overall statement. It's definitely not Cannabis Consumers... your saying that on ACD lol.. we all smoke ganj here and I can assure you everyone on this forum conducts themselves properly in shops (at least I think so?)
The skinhead dealer here is one of the rudest I've encountered in any coffeeshop. Such a shame because I love the hash and the general vibe of the place but a rude dealer can really sour the whole experience.

Anyway, back on topic, always enjoyed this place. Prices a bit steep and the whole prebagged thing isn't so great, but the gear's always been high quality and never had any problems with the staff- they were always nice, apologetic when the vaporizer was out of service and they managed to not laugh at me when I got too stoned there to walk in a straight line(it was my first stop in Amsterdam after several months of abstaining. Two bongloads of Mr. Nice and I was virtually catatonic.)
Finished up in bluebird most nights myself! there chocolope was good but maybe a little overpriced at 12.50 if i were honest,Thou there "tabizla xxx" ice hash was superb! 0.5 gram deals for 12.50 ,The parvati was hash was a decent smoke also! what can i say bluebird is a great place & i will look forward to toking there again come november,KD.
Very under rated place. Their blue cheese is the nicest in dam in my opinion, I've been smoking it there for 8 years or so now, and never disappoints. The quaze is also a great strain of theirs. Not the nicest of shops to hangout at, but 100% worth a visit
went in last week went for my usual the blue cheese, lovely smoke, nice staff especially the lady who use to be skinhead, love it wish i was there now, love it

I went in back in April and, IIRC, they were good people. I picked up some Super Lemon Haze which upon further inspection and use turned out to be pretty smashingly good stuff.
Love this place and I'm sad that I didn't make it in sooner. Great Super Silver Haze, Greater Candy Kush. Saw lovely Blue Cheese that smelled aces, just my trip was too short to smoke everything. 1.1g and 1.2g for 12E, pre-bagged but brought out to smell with no pressure on the sale. And nice nice buds.
Fresh juice, cool atmosphere, a little ways from the centrum without being a huge hike. Also, some people got what looked like fresh crepes. Those looked awesome.
