Re: Utopia
Citronella is a haze cross from the genetic library of the THC ministry. Waiting to hear from them if we can reveal more about it.
The Casey is very strong but could probably do with another week curing and there have been reports of the occasional seed in the batch which is unfortunate but not the end of the world. The multiple crosses in this variety (train wreck x sour diesel) mean that it has a genetic tendency towards late stage hermaphroditism, but in my experience these little bananas appear so late in the flowering cycle that they rarely create many seeds. I'm hoping that is the case with this batch.
over all I am quite pleased with the pricing and quality that's on offer and now i'm looking forward to seeing what we can come up with on the redecorating front, which i hope will happen in the next few weeks.
Am enjoying hearing your thoughts and look forward to more of them

Is Utopia following the path of Voyager's ? (turning a so-so cs into a super place)
Anyway I'll pop in for sure during my next trip !

Re: Utopia
It's very possible Panog, I for one am very impressed by this place that's for sure.. I spent some time in here again today.. picked up some citronella
definitely in my top 3 smokes of trip! I also got some of the Caramello @ €10 per gram.. a gorgeous Moroccan hash.. it's hard at first but becomes very pliable when it warms in your fingers.. Lovely thick flavoured smoke.... Bought some more Nepalese...but that's being saved for home
Had some very interesting discussions with the budtender.. she seems very knowledgeable about the product on offer..which is always a plus! I think she mentioned working in the Cannabis College before.. Anyway.. I will post some pictures later including a picture of the interior... For those that haven't had a chance to try out this new menu you should seriously give it a shot.. This place is definitely on my list. I usually only purchase from a few coffeeshops when I'm in town...and this one is now one of them.. I look forward to returning in the future.. Good luck in the coming months!

Re: Utopia
Thank you for the menu and pics Gapie
The Citronella sounds the real deal, hope there's some left by the time I get over in March. Often meant to drop into this place but diverted to HGF/Abraxas Too instead. This time I will call in, top marks for coming on ACD and listening to feedback

Re: Utopia
@ moogle, glad to hear you've enjoyed the citronella so much . We really like it too, though I feel it may be just a touch too dry, at least that gives the customer more for their buck!
next week should see the arrival of an old school favorite, the eidelweiss. The sample was like a journey back to the flavours of my youth and left me with a stupid smile on my face. we hope you'll enjoy it just as much.
On the decorating side we've settled on a new logo and hope to give the shopfront a changeover very soon, interior decoration will follow.

Here's a picture of the Citronella for those interested... It doesn't really do it much justice though.. But trust me.. it's extremely resinous

Re: Utopia
@ moogle- are you still in town? Come by and say hello.
In fact, that goes for any one who is in town, I'm having a quiet evening this evening and could use the company.
Playing on the stereo, a two hour set from On-U sound, on 6music.
