Wish I could be there on that day. I've been on individual tours of the towers of both the Westerkerk and Oudekerk. Both worth it, in my view, as they give you quite a bit of history about the tower itself, and then of course there are the spectacular views of the city. Most of the historical church towers in the city have these sort of tours year round, but they cost 7 euro per tour (I felt it was very much worth it)

Zuiderkerk and Beurs van Berlage would be nice. Maybe even de Waag.
Checked out the Schrierstoren (sp?) some years ago when there having drinks, and got curious enough to wander up and have a look see.
