Schipol Airport Lockers

Post by AlbertaAdam »

Hi I have a question regarding the storage lockers at Schipol airport.

I will be leaving Amsterdam April 21st, and going to Prague for 3 days. Our flight home from Prauge has a 4 hour layover in Amsterdam on the way home. My question is would I be able to rent a locker at the airport for the time in Prague and stash some gear in their so I don't have to be rushed trying to get into the city and back to catch my flight. Has anyone ever done this? Also what sort of cost would be associated with a 3 day locker rental?

Thanks, Adam.

You plan on going back into the city on your 4 hour layover? That will give you about an hour maybe 90 minutes in the city. Also if you put your luggage in a locker you are going to have to go land side, grab your bags, check them or clear passport control before heading to the gate and going through security for your flight home. All I'm saying is plan wisely!

The plan is that the locker is not for luggage, its for holding my stash while i'm in Prague(4 days). So when I land at Schipol I wont have to go into the City Center to grab. I will have a few bags stashed in my locker to kill my 4hr layover and get me nice and baked for my 9hour flight home.
