I asked what the Og was saying? Instead of showing me anything he just weighed
up a gram of each an slaps it on the counter, 45+ euro he demands...lmao
Just great service in here....hahaha.
The tub of cookies was just dyust..I couldn't believe my eyes
The b/t did not see the funny side when I asked if this was a joke.
I literelly thought he would explode. Lol. I put down the money grabed my dust and ran...
Whaaa hahaha.

Man that shit pisses me off.

I normally turn around and pick the one i want from the weighed bags and say the following " sorry sir, I think you have misunderstood me or there has been some miss communication, which i really do apologies for, but i did ask to only look at the 3 items not actually purchase a gram of each. I hope you don't mind but i will just be purchasing the one gram as it is all my budget allows for the day"

It is almost guaranteed this apologetic response will get the BT's to bark their head off at you, which just makes them look like twats in front of the rest of the shop....

In all honesty i would have just told him sorry that is not what i asked for and probably just left wasting the BT's time like he tried to waste my money.

Do they train their tenders to act like miserable fuckers or something? Always hear a similar story.

I went once a couple of years ago, nice place inside - some students were filming for a documentary and someone who worked there asked if it was ok with us in the background, he was very friendly. The opposite goes for the budtender though - my reason for never returning, didn't say a word to me throughout the order and I remember one bag just being dust - could have been any shit; don't think they can keep up with their own menu.

Anyway wasn't so bad experience that it stands out in memory - I just won't go back and give someone with such shitty attitude my own money :) His attitude gave the impression that the place is nothing more than tourist trap. Weed wasn't anything special either, just slightly more expensive than other places.

was it the original Dampkring near Dam https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/dampkring.html ?
Because the Dealers are so friendly there... the other Dampkring Shops are bad because the
Dealers are so pushy... sometimes real assholes
One time I had some crazy experience with a budtender from Tweede Kammer (it´s a Dampkring
Shop, too) like you said before... the best way is to laugh about that

Tried the Himalayan Sadhu hash (16€/g their Cup entry) from the original dampkring... The hash
is pretty rare... not like normal Maroccan, Afghan or Nepal... it has a darker brownish colour
and bubbles so nice when you heat it. It´s like an indian hash I had from Bluebird years ago...
I liked it pretty much.
The Rifman Sensabille was great as allways 8)

@Thomasbandit never had a bad experience at the Dampkring on Handboogstraat... I hope
they don´t start that rude attitude as the other Dampkring Shops... It is my favorite Shop in Amsterdam because their Dealers are so friendly and the hash is great!

It was the harleemerstraat shop(spelt wrong~) I saw that hash(in the original Dampkring) and wish I had brought some now. However my experience in the other shop totally put me off, shame as I seem to missed this wonder.

I miss pink floyd me...

I like the original dampkring, But.....

The one that was pink floyd I went in last wk and asked the BT to see the Casey Jones, he opens the tub and shows me a load of dust and tiny scraggly bits. I let out a hmmm, errr and the BT slams the lid back on and mumbles summat to the other BT and and walks off leaving me with another BT..

Needless to say I never bought anything from there the rude cnut.

Ok ok I know the BT's show ppl bud day in day out 100's of times a day but it's your job so fucking do it tidy ffs it wasn't like I was keeping him for ages and going through everything to piss him off and there was just no need to be so arsey cos I wasn't happy with the dust he was showing me... It was laughable the way he slammed the lid on and had a strop the dumb fuck of a BT has he was and to get arsey and spit ya dummy the way he did was just unfekkinbelievable I tells ya...

Won't be going back again....

As I turned and walked off the guy says..... what, no good.... lol
Life is short, don't hang around waiting for others...

Smoking the last of the sensabille I sent back, I realised it's really versatile smoke - calm/relaxing or uplifting/clear depending on what you're feeling. It's also so sticky that I've got it on my windowsill to harden it a bit otherwise I can barely finish rolling a spliff!!

Also I forgot that beautiful taste. Definitely a hint of haze in there but also almost liquorice too. Great smoke, best hash of my last trip

Dampkring 2 is not part of the Dampkring, they will serve you like that and expect nothing more than dust, they send the nugs out west for the locals to enjoy but us tourists get mug weed. I don't go there no more, used to be a great evening chillout place, now I would rather walk up to Greenhouse and we all know how much I love that shop

On topic: early morning in here was surprisingly quiet, for 10mins anyway  OJ and some cheese to smoke one for a friend of mine who died last year at the age of 27  would like to say he died of natural causes but nope he threw himself off a bridge, I would like to say it was a mental illness but it was the sacred weed that got the blame  it was a good smoke and a nice bit of peace, R.I.P bro 8)

fuck. sorry to hear about that. R.I.P. for your friend.

Went to the original last week for their cup hash entry. I have it noted as Nepal and gave it 8/10 which made it no more than average in the cup hash stakes.
The shop (for me) seems to have lost its mojo. Looks tired and small. Maybe needs a new look.
The weed entry they showed me looked poor so I passed. Can't remember what it was but S5 haze seems to ring a bell. I didn't stay to smoke my purchase.
How much did you produce?

I liked the effect of the hash pretty much... because I don´t like the effect of most black hashes. The High is so is not strong usually I prefer maroccan hash over
black hashes. But the Himalayan Saddhu hash was not like normal black Nepal hash (not so black and another structure...).

But like you said maybe the shop needs a new look... I know when I was there for the first time... there was such a nice atmosphere. I met an old hippy guy who lived
for 20 years in india. So nice memorys 8) but something is different now it lost it´s mojo like you said :?
