WTF!!! .....Thanks for the heads-up, Bong.
...I know you're not a fan of GA anyway, but this is beyond "a bit of shitty weed".... Mites and feces? ...Makes me rethink my stance on GA in general.... I thought their hash was declining in quality, so i wasn't planning on hitting this place this year, but a friend of mine was planning on getting a couple of G's of the Grey Crystals.... I would have had a toke!
...Guess i have to piss on his bonfire tonight!
Thanks again!

Re: Grey Area
Nothing wrong with the weed I got here last week
La Confidential €12.5g. The big buds looked so nice in the box, they were quite solid but nice and dry and easily broke up. It burnt really well too, as I used it as my hash mixer (a bit more expensive than I would usual use) I was very happy with the job it did and I'm sure it was contributing nicely to each and every one of my joints.

I like bananas, monkey nuts and grapes. That's why they call me Sam of the apes

Re: Grey Area
Visited GA on 17th Nov as a mate wanted absolutely some Exodus Cheese, i didn't want to buy anything but when was in the counter with my friend I asked to see the Grey Haze as it has been constantly good over the years and asked also about some kushes, the Haze was smelling good and I was shown some Holy Grail Kush which had a pungent smell (remind a bit Sky OG from utopia), some Goji kush and another one I can't remember, both smelt poor so I opted for a gram of Grey haze and a gram of HG Kush. Service was good, not very friendly but not unfriendly neither.
- Grey Haze (11.5€/gr) : Looked a bit shaggy, but covered with crystals and the smell was here so I bought it. Classic strong haze aroma, a bit citrusy. Definitely one of my favorite day time smoke. 8.5/10
- Holy Grail Kush (16€/gr) : As I said before this smelt quite kush and there were big buds in the tub. Taste was slightly similar to the Sky OG but less potent. I smoked the gram in one joint. He got me stoned while chilling at Utopia but I expected more at 16€ a gram. 6.5/10
Quality seems declined over my previous visits, since 2011. So I think I'm done with this shop maybe i'll buying some Grey haze if i'm around (good quality at good price) but the rest doesn't match my standard when it's about weed.

Called by on Saturday, big queue. Kosher Kush and Rolex OG, both 16e per g. Really impressed with both of these. The Kosher Kush tastes like Wham Bar! Very distinct flavour. Sunday, big queue. Skywalker OG 16e per g, not quite up there with the Kosher or Rolex, but still really enjoyed it.

Re: Grey Area
Spoke to Steve for a while and he recommended the Ghost of Leroy and the NYCD. We mainly discussed the NYCD which Steve was insistent in specifying the difference between their offering and the Somari cut that was also popular round town. For what it's worth I think it was real. Also the 1st time I can remember one of the top whack items being recommended.
NYCD - 12e - Really nice smoke. I bought two more after trying it
Ghost of Leroy - 16e - Straight up this was one of the best smokes I've had in a long time. Flavour wise anyway. Pretty much lemon / lime diesel. So , so sour with a beautiful lemon overtone. Good strength but the flavour sold me on it.
Grey Haze - 11e - I think it's 11e. Anyway I usually grab some but as I'd already purchased the GOL I left this for my mate to get. Nice and clean as usual.
Yellow Cab - 9e - Again not too sure on price but my mate was relieved to find good weed at a cheap price in comparison to the rest of the menu. Again a decent batch.

Re: Grey Area
is the grey haze from grey area the same strain as dr grinspoon from amnesia and the 100% sativa from paradox?
tried the dr grinspoon and 100% sativa in 2013 and it too was very lemony!
anyone tried the grey haze recently? whats the reports like?

Grey Haze is always consistent quality.
Its a standard haze imo. Not that special.

so do you know if grey haze is a 100% sativa strain or is it 70/30 or 60/40 etc etc?
