coffee/cappuccino question

i drink 1-2 cups of coffee per day, but i recently got hooked on cappuccino from the cappuccino machine at the dining hall over the weekend. WHat is in those things? are they bad, if i dont mind about 100 calories? are there tons of sugar in them? any feedback will be appreciated.

...should better ask the guy sitting in the machine & preparing those coffees, whether he also adds this cappucipinocchio stuff. Caution, that'll let your nose grow long like a big spliff...
