Amsterdam Today

[Freewheeling]

After a seriously unpleasant journey to the ferry, and an uneventful crossing where the only highlights were vaping a couple of bowls of bud and drinking a couple of decidedly substandard beers I had a bit of an unpleasant shock this morning when I realised that I hadn't packed the charger for my PAX. This was looking like a serious setback for the trip as I set off towards Amsterdam along some misty streets. However, I hadn't got all that far when I realised that there is probably no better place to buy a portable vape from a shop than Amsterdam and this spurred me on somewhat. Having decided that a new vape was on the cards I had a quick stop in the Amsterdamse Bos for a snack and to enjoy the bowl in the unchangeable machine.

I got to my hotel at a reasonable time, after a quick stop at Yoyo for a few buds, and managed to get a shower and a couple of hot drinks before quickly heading out for a bit of shopping.

It was quite a walk, but although cold it wasn't unpleasant, although by the time I had picked up a brand new PAX 3 from the Flying Dutchmen on about the edge of the red light district I was tired and absolutely starving so I headed back to the hotel and stopped at a supermarket on the way for some supplies.

I have to join some dull conference call for a while but just nipped out for a bowl of some outdoor grown Critical before I do, and I guess that I'll head out to Het Ballonjete when I'm done.
