No doubt, some of the hazes i've had from there are "WOW"

However we've normally left one person with an order queuing, while we go sit down somewhere else. Good weed, but only seen the inside once when i was unlucky enough to lose at paper rock scissors and got left in the queue.

I dont know if its just me but I feel this place has gone downhill over the last 2 years. The weed is nowhere near as good as it used to be.

Sometimes I see a queue of 20+ people standing outside this shop even in the rain. It's always very busy (don't expect to get a seat here) and I'm not going to stand around waiting for 30 minutes to buy some of their weed; so for that reason I always pass on GA.

Kandy kush was nice yesterday. Strong, good taste. Maybe not worth 14.50 a gram but its defo not shit.

Don't really understand people's problem with GA, got some friendly service and awesome Shakzilla from Jon at the weekend, a nice fruity haze-like weed.

Grey Area is a glorified BnF outside the center that sells weed at boutique prices. As a coffee shop it fails to be worth those prices IMHO.
One aspect of the industry GA pioneered was great customer service. Especially to foreign tourists. It has a loyal following. When I first joined ACD Grey Area was streets ahead the other shops on the ACD poll. Not no more.
Some think their standards have slipped. I've found the weed there to be hit and miss and sometimes not flushed, harsh tasting.
Have their standards slipped or have other shops simply caught on to the fact that treating customers nicely = better business in the internet age?

Definitely agree with TT, GA is not the CS it used to be and find the quality of grade to be inconsistent.
Nevertheless got some very nice Ever Grey @ €16/g over the weekend. a bit expensive but nice effect and a unique tongue tingling, diesel taste.
