I'll be in town next week and will check it out. I too am totally gutted.
Will they retain the name, or will it become a part of a chain ala Dampkring 3, Rokerij 5, Barney's 12, etc...?
Time moves on, and so do we.
My heart is saddened by this news, but if it's for the best for James and Co., then so be it.
There's nothing like the original formula.
Had I known it was for sale... who knows. A pipe dream, no pun intended.
Damn.....

although
Happy trails...

All good things must come to an end, I suppose.
Farewell, my favorite place in the Universe.
It was nice to know a place like that existed. One where I would walk in and always find friends. People who shared my passion for good weed and who often shared other passions as well.
I do not know how I will end my trips now that I cannot store my luggage at the train station and head to Basjoe’s for an afternoon of sunshine, love, and fine weed until it is time to fly again. I do not know how I will start them without a warm hug and a juicy nugget of my favorite Amnesia Haze. Amsterdam will never be the same for me without Basjoe’s.
Farewell, my sweet James, I hope that life brings you joy, adventure, good smokes, and lots of beautiful music. Thank you for the memories. I hope, more than I can say, that our paths will cross again.
Peace,
Amy
P.S. If anyone is in contact with James, I would really appreciate contact information via pm. I have pictures and a really late holiday card I was going to send to the shop this week. (You can let him know that it’s me who’s asking first.)

Good luck to them for the future, its probably a very stressful job, most of us would dream of it but i guess it would soon ware off!
Had some real good times and glad I had a T&T in here. Very chilled.

What's replacing it? Another coffeeshop I'm assuming.
