9am sounds good, if we are going to Omelegg just to beat the early queues but am up for checking another location if you got a couple of good ones up that end and if we are going to Omelegg later in the week I don't mind a pancake and have never been to Charlies Kitchen before so any of those choices is good with me or if we fancy a little stroll and don't mind spending the dollar we could hit Barney's Uptown or Cookies/Greenhouse and grab a breakfast at one them whilst having a smoke maybe then make our way up to the train station to get to Zandvoort I'm happy with either options and Het Gelderse for a quick smoke if we have one the other breaky places 'Good Times'

yeh man agree with you there it's about a 25/30 min stroll to the Culture Boat from the station, if you don't get lost like I did last time

Looks like we walk up the canal either on the way there or on the way back or both

Coffeeshop Andersom on the way as well.

We've just had a warm sunny weekend here in UK and I think it's been similar in NL. The days are getting longer and everything is yellow with daffodils and primroses. Hopefully it'll be like this in tulip season too.

Andersom is on the Oudegracht. The entrance is on street level and the smoking room is below at canal level. At least that's how it was last time I was there. It's also the closest to the station. It's not the most direct route to Culture Boat but not far off. See Utrecht map.

From reading recent posts, looks like the only change is moving Ballonnetje and Spirit to 1 and 5 respectively instead of 2 and 6. If everyone, including Ballonnetje themselves, is happy then we can settle on that. All of the other suggestions seem to be for morning activities to be added.

Have I missed anything?

I'll knock up a new provisional schedule ...

I guess the proposals for Friday 18th and Tuesday 22nd are interchangeable. We make could make alternative plans to be selected according to weather. If it's nice day Zandvoort is always a good idea
So, if the sun is out on Friday, go for it. If it's shit (which it won't be because we're sorting out with the weather gods) we could have a plan B and hope Tuesday is balmy for Zandvoort instead.
