I had the same trouble sleeping when I went on a break.
Same here; it started to demotivate me a lot. Also I wasn't getting high because I wanted to anymore, more out of habit and boredom. Started fucking my head up too, noticed I wasn't finishing sentences properly and using 'ermmm' a lot
To help me sleep, I got into breaking bad. All series are on Netflix; easily the best thing on tv atm. Apart from that, masturbate and have a drink

Still slipping I see... why even bother, right?
Trying to mimic someone else's happiness (grower friend) may lead to frustration and further unhappiness... best to find your own. Now that's a novel

Rhetorical question of the moment - what is the purpose of this thread?

In other news -
My partner and I have started exercising daily. We jog and circuit train in a delightful local park with beautiful flora and fauna all around. Life is good. Sex is back and re affirming to be sober in the sack and enjoying every second.

Oi, relax and get lucky...

The dreams are here now. How long they will last I do not know. Entertainment while you sleep. Is this the future?

Dreams coming regularly now. Sleep is coming in bigger and bigger chunks. Got 9 hours last night. Can't remember the last time that happened.
