I think these are wholly personal experiences and can not be used as a baseline !! Cannabis is not physically addictive your experiences are mental not physical !! Can you actually get treatment to come of cannabis or go cold turkey ?
I'm not gonna argue cause it's all a personal opinion , and that's mine
Edit sorry Voyagers lol I had positive times and will be returning it was first and last CS last visit

lol ....to listen to some of you guys you'd think dealers don't get paid and they're doing what they do for the love of weed., when infact,
most are just there for the money. Perhaps Ash shouldn't have touched the weed before it was handed to him, but perhaps the 6ft guy should've said something like "sorry mate please don't touch the weed". Or perhaps the chick working there on the day just needs to get her act together a tad.
With all these people setting fire to themselves, drowning and touching the weed before they're meant to, the coffeeshops will be a little quieter, which is probably just aswell bonglord, cos I don't know how the fuk you'd get yer fat head into the places if they weren't.

Big head?, I think you're mistaken,
FAT is what I said, not big. Mate, as I've probably also said before in reply to your usual gibberish, but you're too much of a meathead to remember ....You couldn't
get a job cleaning bathrooms. Even
that takes a certain level of intelligence, which seems to be something you're severely lacking. Not to worry though, there's always some idiot that needs another one to teach them how to hit things and it actually doesn't require high school diploma for it, which in your case, is no doubt a fortunate plus side. Tell ya what, I'll go clean an ashtray if you go read a book, because the only difference between you, Adamster, Hickey and the latest inbred to join the site is....you grow weed.
....and by book, I mean one with more words than pictures.

Booya! Someone with some sense! I gota side with Ash n DC here, he told her about the twig before he reached over, she should have stopped and said a YES or NO we are not prepared to do that.
By no means am I saying it is a customers right to help himself to the scales in every circumstance but he had already committed to the purchase and was asking for an extra bit of service (even though Ash was just being a tight arse) that the budtender was not willing to give.
There was definitely no need to be arsey with him and chuck him out. Can't people communicate in soft tones nowadays!!
I think Ash was well within his right to have a good winge about his experience on here without feeling like he has been lynched by an ACD gang!
Maybe they were just having a bad day........ maybe not.

^^ so on the other hand say it was you and you asked for a gram put the money down and it's got a big stem on it (A) do you ask them to remove it please (if not no probs then I'm not buying it !! Or (B) reach over the counter and try grab the weed to snap it off ?
Personally I think the staff never handled this situation right either do I think Ash handled it right
People have used other service industries as examples and I was in Hospitality Management before my current job , and for example if I put too much of a head on a pint and a customer paid then tried leaning over my bar to top up themselves !!! Pfftt they would be out that door before their feet hit the ground , however point it out to me , and it gets topped up and an apology from myself !!
Ok it's not a coffeeshop situation but it's all about how you handle situations

You are right Cisco,... I would go with (A),..... I wouldn't have the balls to help myself, but I sure as hell would be tempted to do so If I was ignored. It sounds to me like the budtender was rude before Ash was,.... and I can appreciate that two wrongs don't make a right.
All I'm saying is I can fully sympathise with Ash, and just because others have had good service from them doesn't mean they were not out of order with him.
But yeah,...... situations like these do need handling properly.

To be fair we're only hearing Ash's side, I'd like to hear what HB has too say about it all, the girl in question wasn't rude to me or the person she served in front of me (I was supposed to meet Ash but must of missed him/the incident by mins) and just from eye-balling the weed I'd say my gram was fat.

I'd also love to hear her perspective on it, and to finally get one of these meet and greets to actually work with you Boner.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing. In hindsight, she gave me a piece of bud with a massive stem, and them rounded the price up. I'm used to prices being rounded down or quoted as they should be, not rounded up to include a nice tip thanks. I should've just left at that point, but wanted to stay as I'd agreed to meet Boner.
Not the end of the world by any means, just another shop I won't be returning to.

Hey lets take stock for a minute.
I'm just a newb on this site so I've got no axe to grind with anyone believe me. All i'm going to say is that never mind the rights and wrongs of the original stem issue, lets remember for a minute we are all part of the worldwide stoner community...We all joined this site because of our shared admiration, awe, and worship of the glorious and delicious bud. We are all brothers and sisters because in our comradeship of the stoner, we share something that outsiders can never appreciate. A site like this is for like minded souls to bond and share information for mutual benefit. Lets never descend into the online squabbles of the terminally unrelaxed...
And yes, if an establishment provides poor and disinterested service, it is good to broadcast it. I go to Amsterdam twice a year as a respectful, unfailingly courteous customer, and it does get on my wick if my politeness is not reciprocated by the budtender.
That being said I'm in the 'don't reach over the counter' camp, but I can understand where Ash is coming from.
That also being said I've personally always found Voyagers very friendly and hospitable and a week tomorrow upon my arrival in the Dam I fully intend to spend a fair amount of time in there. Does anyone know if the butter is coming back? Also does Bushdoctor have the Gran Daddy Ice in stock?
Anyway, peace out and lets get back to an atmosphere of mutual appreciation and respect. We have a shared affinity that transcends minor quarrels.

Sorry to burst anybodies bubble, but just because 2 people have something in common or an appreciation of the same thing, doesn't necessarily mean to say they also have the same appreciation or respect for each other. A point easily noted if you'd visit around the 420 time, when some use common politeness to get along with others they clearly don't like, appreciate or respect. Nice way of thinking but unfortunately people just aren't generally like that.
I don't think I'd like to hear HB's version of events either if he wasn't the 6ft guy there at the time, otherwise he's just a secondary source and we all know how Chinese whispers go. I'm petty sure if the staff member in question wasn't just having an off day we'll get to hear about it here soon enough.

Too easy?. What is, getting you to spew your normal illiterate form of bollox just by saying you have a fat head, yeah yer right mate.....it was....way too easy. Mind you, I fail to see how owning yer own business has any relevance on how intelligent you happen to be. I mean c'mon, you tell us you have 500 books, yet there's clearly no evidence you've ever bothered to read any of them. Unless of course all books in Baltimore happen to be written by Adamster. Though, that can't be the case either as even he's more legible than you are and that's saying something. I suppose even a moron can buy what they like if they sell enough weed and before you hit me with another 100 word sentence special, I'm not referring to you here considering you give all your weed away... right. As for coming to 't Nes in November, you do whatever you feel it takes to reclaim your ..erm..manliness?.. and it'll be reciprocated with whatever is needed to take it away again. By the way, I like Voyagers too so in conclusionm...get bent.

I had no issues at all at Voyagers and never saw any 6ft bouncers although at 6'4 myself I prolly wouldn't have noticed...I do see both sides in the argument...Not every shop does take the wood out of their bags but the good ones do...Like I said before I think the BT was new and cut her some slack maybe...OP maybe try this shop again everyone has a bad day theres even a few complaints on Basjoes here saying the BT's a prick so who knows lol
