How was the Habibi?

This is a misunderstanding I didn't try the Habibi but it looked nice enough for the money !

was there for some good mid priced hash... so I asked for a recommendation... the bud lady
showed me some King Hassan (6€/g) and said she smoked that stuff herself. Well that stuff was nice
for 6€/g it´s a steal. Not the freshest batch but not old, too. I was very happy with this one and if you
think that you got some really really bad stuff in Germany for 5€/g (only 1€ cheaper)... that stuff is 100 times
better and it was the cheapest hash on the menu

Enjoyed my time again together with 'C5 Pioneer'(1g/16€)which was a nice looking and haze tasting hybrid.

@Marok21: I was sitting around at the bar for a joint and didn't take a closer look but I noticed King Hassan is indeed going strong with the locals as a couple of them popped in for some.

Hey.

Directed at the community as a whole but esp JessCass and Marok21 who appear to be connoisseurs of hash....

Haven't made it to Tweede Kamer yet in all my many visits to The Dam but love any kind of top end Sativa or Hybrid hash.

Is this the place to go and what type of thing would you recommend? back again - can't stay away in truth - in early June and looking to visit a new place.

Tweede Kammer and Dampkring#2 (same owner) are good places to score some exquisite imported hash Overall I would say they offer a lot of hashes wich are made in Marocco with different genetics (like Paki, Afghan, Mexican, India...). So you have some great "special" flavors here
But the quality of hash and weed in Amsterdam went down a little bit in the last years... don´t get me wrong you can still find awesome hash (and weed of course) but it´s not so easy anymore

Usually u can´t go wrong with the Rifman hashes from Tweede. Never got bad hash from here... the problem is that the batches change a lot since a few years. Their Rifman Malika (14€/g) for example was one year before a dark near black hash... the last time I tried it it was a blonde hash with completly different taste and effect . Same with other hashes...
Before you buy something check out the menu... take a look (and smell!) on a few hashes and trust your senses. In my experience that is the best way to score the hash u want.

Generally I would say the Rifman Noor 2000 (16€/g more stoned effect), Rifman Malika (14€/g effect depends on the batch ) and Rifman Pioneer Bloc (8,50€/g) are my favorites there. Also the Caramello/Tbisla Wietzakje told about is usually nice. But like I told before check out the hash

The original Dampkring has a great hash menu, too (if not a little bit better than Tweede). Rifman Rihab (15€/g) super sticky nearly black hash usually more high effect than stoned and
Rifman Durrah (14€/g also a darker hash) are my favorites here. They have another hash called Riffman Sensabille (15€/g) on the menu wich was one of my favorite hashes for a long time... but since this year it´s not the same . A budtender I never saw before told me it´s the same shit but more pressed and harder now... thats bullshit the other budtenders I know warned me that it´s not the same and of course not so good anymore...

no different Tweede Kammer and Dampkring#2 had the same menu and owner. The original Dampkring have a different menu.

I am tending to drift a little bit away from the isolators back to more traditonal hashes, albeit the high grade ones, and especially as I now have a new Crafty vape which is fantastic with just about everything

I think I need to get more familiar with these rifman hashes, people talk about them a lot and I've seen some of the menus online but really missed out so far....

I like to chat with the BTs also if it's not rammed so maybe I'll drop into Tweede Kamer on an afternoon next week when it's not so busy and see what they recommend.

Last week during my stay in The Hague I had a side-trip here:

I stepped into the shop, immediately looked at the rifman menu and asked for recommendation but didn't care anymore when 'Tbizla Ice'(20€/g)caught my eye on the normal hash section of the menu . Smelled and tasted almost like nothing(not that uncommon for ice-o-lators me thinks). Soft consistency but very strange thing was it looked pretty camouflage-like. Means like one blonde and one dark moroccan mixed together(clearly two colours). I'm not talking about blonde hash getting darker after kneading/touching! I only saw moroccan hash like this years ago and this one back then smelled and tasted like good moroccan hash. I assume another moroccan hashish here most probably pressed/produced in Europe/Netherlands .

However, it packed a punch(quite heady exactly what I was looking for) for import hash like that so all's well that ends well(overpriced though of course) !

Sorry, can't resist but when I was again sitting down for a smoke several locals stepped in for some King Hassan. One even waited for a refill to get her five grams !
