If you speak to a lot of Dutch people...the best weed is outside of Amsterdam.

*Dizzy Duck in the Hague (both Downtown & Uptown) are incredible. Great weed and great prices. They had work by Gandji (an excellent Dutch grower). Lachanvriere (French Grower. One of the best in the World. Lachanvriere won best flower at Ego Clash 2024...There was even an article in that years Forbes magazine about the ego clash winners (The competition is that prestigious). They even had work by Forbidden Grower (Excellent Dutch grower. Won first place in the 2025 Home Grown Cup in July with Zowanami). Not only that but a lot of the weed they have includes a chemical analysis. Incredible stuff for a coffee shop and really empowering the consumer with information.
*Family First. Has had the best menu in Amsterdam for the last few years. Plus its the only coffeeshop with legit Cali. Slight question mark on every other coffeeshop in Amsterdam that claims to have Cali
*Bagheera (IYKYK), connected to the Phenofinderseeds crew (post fall out with Voyagers). Always has something on the menu that bangs. They have a Kosher Kush on the menu at 15 Euro. You will not get a better example of a Kosher...anywhere in Holland for that price
