Just noticed this is Dampkrings page ,so to bring itback on topic,Dampkring would be my least favorite C/S of any that i have visited so far...Don't buy their Thai !!!

Sux that you had a bad experience. Unless I hear otherwise, I don't touch Thai, or Jamaican. I think you figured out the secret. Now you know why these strains are so cheap.
These are typical imports and really not that good. Seems the locals keep the good stuff for themselves. Can't blame them.
Really good Thai will blow you away, same goes for Jamaican, although I would imagine that one would have to travel to these countries to find such quality gear. Maybe not.
On my last visit to the Dampkring, 23 July, I tried some of their Water Works Hash for e30. This was the mid-level quality and I was fried. I can only imagine what the e50 stuff would do to me.
I'll find out next week.

I'm going out there on the 29th for halloween, not sure if halloween is such a big thing over there but I thought i'd see whats around at the time. Kind of wanted to go out for the cup but my novice friends couldn't wait another few weeks. I know what you mean though, as soon as you come back you have a few days to recover and you're already planning your next trip.

Always first shop i hit! was lucky last trip to get 5gs of habibi since last 3 b4 didnt get the chance to get some!!

Stopped in here in February.. picked up 1g of the Mexican Haze @ E 13 which was lovely, we smoked this after having some truffles and laughed for 2 hours solid.
Also picked up 2g of the LA Confidential @ E8.50 a gram, which was a lot cheaper than we had seen it in other places, and it's a favourite of ours - we weren't disappointed. The bag had a bunch of small nugs, tight and dense, and everytime I smoked some I was proper couchlocked for 30mins afterwards, really relaxing effect, great for the money.
Although I was looking at some new menus for DK and it seems they've raised the price of the LA Con a few Eu.

good buzz and nice flavour, last year i bought 5 grams in one week (wellness) holiday

Was in the Dampkring near Spui beginning of August. Usual tourist scrum at the dealer bar, all the seats taken, got some Amnesia Skunk, nice smoke, for a good price, can't remember how much at the mo, just not a great CS for lingering, but then it never has been

Was there recently, I didn't stay. Had the amnesia haze and some hash, was fine.

i had 2 problems with this place. i had read that it was a really good place but to me it seemed too commercial with the oceans 11 thing. and i got there just before closing. they let us buy weed but would not even let me roll one. not entirely their fault but was not the highlight of my trip.
i will go back there next time just to give it a second chance, it did look like a cool place to chill and stone out.

wen in here after mako haze... sadly didnt have it but even better they had somthing called amneisia gold which is a new strain to amsterdam crossing ameisia with mako!!!! absoulutly gawjus. yum yum try it out

amnesia gold shoul'd be an amnesia/bubblegum cross I think

realy?? the guy at the counter seemed realy exited about it. thought i was tasting more mako then amneisia but mind can trick. realy nice stuff tho

Dampkring weed choice is hard to beat.
The coffee is the same as any other coffeeshop ive visited in Adam, pretty poor.
Wht cant I get a good coffee at a coffeeshop , lol.
The vibe in Damprking can be brilliant and when the tunes are to your liking its a nice place to chill.
I popped in on my own a few times last week and enjoyed a few tokes and met a v cool v stoned cat ( feline ) on the bar.
One of the best coffeeshops in the Dam.
