I was hoping for it to become a smoker friendly bar after the closure, guess not now. Unless the place is under new ownership and it does open as a bar, possably smoker friendly.
yeah me too all the shops in this chain were lovely.
The decor and atmos was always stunning and the smokes good too.
Their hot chocomel with a mountain of whipped cream always sent me into 7th heaven
I really miss these shops

Loved the tea selection that they had! oh & the hasj menu also! it was a blow them closing, But on the other hand i heard he was a greedy c33t & was responsible for other s33t.
yeah I read that too stupid man, instead of milking the cash cow he got greedy, now we have lost some class venues and more importantly lots of people have lost their jobs
Sad news. I only visited once and that was to get rid of lots of change on their internet terminal at the Singel shop, I did buy a drink though. I loved the decor and music, gutted I never got to spend very much time there.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them
That picture is from inside Old church coffeeshop, not the original Rokerij, nearly thought the old Rokerij was a smoker friendly bar, if anyone is in the Dam at the moment can you please take a look at the Original Rokerij on Lange Leidsedwarsstraat, I would love to know what is there now.
