yes that is true but They accept also 18-20 year range last week so I think that's nothing different from other shops

hm, was not so happy this time. place was packed so we opted for buy and fly. after standing in line for about 10 minutes it was our turn.
g13 amnesia, 12 €/g ok smoke, ok taste and smell, looked not too bad, lacked the punch and was nothing compared to earlier examples 5/10
cheese 10€/g : smells like big budah, tastes likes it and probably is. not bad but nothing special either. was ok for the money 6,5/10
rifman malika 15€/g: very nice and quite oily, spicy flower smell and lovely aroma, super pliable for moroccan hash. 9/10

Place was packed, several people in line. But the budtender was very friendly and helpful when I was asking for a nice uplifting smoke. I ended up with one of the rifman hashes. Good choice and a reasonable price.

I always go to a Dampkring just to check out their Riffman selection. I was told on my first trip that if they ever have Habibi or Malika I HAVE to try them. As luck would have it I found Habibi on my last trip and absolutely loved it, very powerful, tasty hash. I walked in on monday, saw Malika on the menu and ordered 2g instantly. I tried it that night, its harder than the Habibi was but equally as strong. Excellent hash. Only down side was that it was 15e/g!!

Finally found Dampkring today. Yesterday I smoked some golden soles hash from Grey Area before catching the tram (big mistake). I got really lost looking for Dampkring and ended up walking through the sleaziest part of Adam I'd ever seen, full of sex cinemas, gay cinemas and the oldest, fattest, ugliest prostitutes you could possibly imagine. In my stoned state of mind I felt like I was walking through a painting by Heironymus Bosch. Bought a gram of Oceans 12 haze because the display bud under the counter looked nice. What I got was crumbled, dried-out shake. Devoid of smell or flavor. Used it as kindling in my pipe for hash. The hash I bought for 12E, some kind of cream was alright but not nearly as devastating as Grey Area's golden soles. Every time I smoke that stuff I get sooo lost.

what cracks me up is people complain when places are busy, sayimg they are tourist haunts. in my mind thats good. most of the time i buy and fly so budtender and quality is what i look 4. this place is good on both counts, clean and clear menu, not overpriced, well compared to quality anyway. if you want to stay and smoke, go elsewhere unless its early.
i like clean strong buzzes so i can move about, so try the mexican haze or the g13. just visit.
the only place i spend alot of time in is voyagers, cos the music, atmosphere, and smoke is all top quality. thios is number 2 in my book

Totally agree, the Dampkring offers quality gear, although their prices in the past year or so have put them in line with the likes of Barney's (not a jab a Barn's, just stating a fact).
If one wants to enjoy the shop when not so crowded, be at the door @10:00am when they open. Will be tough to find seats after 11:30 or so, especially if traveling in a group of three or more. This is typical of most popular shops, no? Yes...
Their gear has never disappointed although the rise in their prices are starting to concern me. Kudos to the Riffman line, especially Malika and Aisha, both my current favorites, very nice gear indeed.
Happy toking...

Was here in April and really hard to get a seat. I was on my own so not too bad, but plenty of people were coming in and leaving because nowhere to sit.
I adore the cat in here - Bowie, Zowie, something like that - he's just so cute!
I think it gets so busy as people want to see where Brad Pitt, George Clooney et al filmed.
