My friend, if you don't mind me pointing it out to you, you seem to have this recurring obsession with our Spanish chaps physique. I wonder what Dr.Freud would say? I also wonder whether you assume that every individual who looks after their body indulges in steroids? Though with all your nasty comments I should not really waste my time responding, I will once again reiterate some information which I gave to this board before (given that you personally appear to have difficulty finding the B-side to that stuck record). Jose is a big lad, a big excitable guy. He has a larger than life personality and a physical presence to match. He loves his job, likes to entertain in his own off-the-wall way. Yes, he slams down the boxes, Ive seen him do it. But, not in an intimidatory or unfriendly way (as per your inference). Its just him making a 'bit of a show' if you like. We discussed here previously the merits of offering a bud over the initial gram. Some like it that way, others prefer to have their buds broken down into the exact gram. No probs, I think there will always be two schools of thought on that one.

I would be more sympathetic if you weren't so personal and vitriolic in your outbursts towards us. But frankly, most of us moved on from name calling by the time we entered senior school. Perhaps next time you're over you'd like to drop us a note and we can arrange for you to pop by and deliver your opinions to Jose personally.

Has anybody seen your pipe? Hopefully you'll find it soon in order to chill out a little.

I must apologise about the name calling, how would you say it, it was one of those days and as you say since he is a big guy thats really all i could think of . If you even bothered to read my whole post and not just the bad things I had to say about Jose (so thats his name) you would have seen that I have nothing against Hunters bar it was the first CS I ever went into and had very good experiences in it. So slamming boxes down in front of customers and acting aggressive is entertaining, I hope thats a joke mate, any employee that acted like that in any establishment over here would be out on his/her ear in minutes for losing one customer over their behaviour and I have heard from quite a few ppl (not just in this thread) about being totally put off by him. loud and agressive is not suited for a Coffeeshop. And about the 2.3g he had bagged it and threw it in front of me, if he had said when he was weighing it would probably have been ok. I really dont have a problem with the CS just budtenders that are pushy and loud.

Been here many times in the last three days, chilled in hunters bar a lot and was very convenient to just pop next door and pick up some bud. It wasn't just the convenience, the buds were of VERY high quality here, much better than my last trip. I tried:
Amnesia Haze - best weed of the trip! Fantastic buds grown to perfection. Excellent taste and high. I'll say it again; best weed of the trip (I'm smoking a big joint of it now with a sprinkling of grey ice )
Chocolope - this was actually on a 20% discount, however the buds were again grown to perfection, very tight and fruity
NYCDiesel - great smoke, immense taste, best diesel I've ever smoked
Sahara (hash) - great blonde hash, great strong taste

That said there are loads of other coffeeshops with good weed in Amsterdam that are not staffed by the soup nazi so I might not bother risking it because an encounter with a chap like this really can blow a nice high.

Here's a thought: Rather than try to encourage another forum member to fight your battles for you, why not just drop by yourself when the dealer you seem to dislike is working? Then you'll be able to call him 'Nazi' face to face, rather than from behind the keyboard once you have reached the sanctity of home

We are not about to engage in an extended bout of name calling with you, however bitter and unpleasant you may come across. As I have pointed out before, name calling is more the realm of pre-pubescent teenagers than that of adults with a point to make.

If you like the blonds then I would imagine you would also enjoy the new batch of Casa Blanca which just went on sale. Another high quality Morrocan number. On the black hash front we have also just put on sale some fresh Melana Sweet Cream. Indian hash fans should really check this stuff out

I personally have had no problems in Hunters(either shop) only been in a few times but all weed that i bought was ok (So Gouda , NYCD few others)

Hunter you misunderstand my sense of humour completely. The weed nazi is a reference to an episode of Seinfield that featured the soup nazi. Really very very funny and the soup nazi is kind of an exaggerated version of the budtender that several people have complained about.

As far as fighting battles I don't do that. I just take my custom elsewhere.
Once again the sending in USBL comment was a joke. I don't know USBL besides his postings on this board and have no reason to think he will do as I suggest on a internet message board thread.
Really sorry you took that seriously and hope you didn't get too worked up about it.

I had the exact same bad experience with this guy back in february, check back through the thread. Hunter, you are like a mother who knows that her son is a bully but still holds a jaded opinion of him.

How many more complaints do you need to receive in order to do something about this guy? He is obviously bad for business and is upsetting people.

At the end of the day Hunter this is a thread for what people think of Hunters bar and if they did not like their experience in the CS they will damn well write about if (and they/I have EVERY right to) if you dont like it you can always keep away from this one thread.
EDIT- Playa is right how many more examples do you need, a good manager would have acted months ago but this is your CS and you can run it whatever way you want (even into the ground)

To be fair, all the folks who have complained on this thread, on this forum, must be a supersmall percentage of all the customers who walk through the doors of Hunters coffeeshop every day. I think its safe to say that maybe 10 or so complaints on one forum, damn sure aint gonna make a big difference to Hunters takings. Also, judging by all the positive comments ( which outway the negative, big time ) Hunters Coffeeshop are doing things right, I mean, the manager comes on this forum to keep us updated, he responds to both Negative and positive comments, in an intelligent, and articulate manner. What more do you want? Does he need to sack someone based on an Annon-y-mouse posters comments, on an Annon-y-mouse tinternet board!?!

Anyhoo, I like Hunters, I like thier product, I like the tenders........It could do with shaving a euro or two of thier prices , but hey, pennies make the world spin....

twich if 10 users of this forum had unpleasant experiences how many do you think have altogether??? my guess would be a lot more than 10. I like the CS too I love their product as well. their bubble hash was killer but I like to treated as an equal in any place I visit and not to have have an overwieghed bag nearly thrown at me and expected to take it. Of couse hunter shouln't sack anyone Playa and I said nothing about sacking. Who said anything about sacking??? I certainly did not nor did playa so please dont put words in our mouths, nothing wrong with a quick word in his ear to calm his down if he is an excitable fella, which is what I was suggesting though I never actually typed it. I would never suggest for a minute that someone should lose thier jobs (too much of that going on nowadays) so twich allow us to have our say as this IS an Annon-y-mouse tinternet board where people ARE allowed to have opinions.
Maybe you would have a different opinion if your experience was like the 10 in this thread.
