One of the best smokes I had during last week's trip. Very smooth, but hard hitting in the bong, with an amazingly sweet and complex aftertaste.

Hello folks it's been a couple of weeks since I've said hi on the thread but I've been lurking as ever.

We've had a very busy 420 week thanks in no small part to all the acd members who came by to try out our place, many of you for the first time. Thank you all for coming in, it was nice to meet you.

More thanks to all those whose votes meant that we took third place in Hestia's 420 cup. We were delighted to hear this news as it confirms that our new approach seems to be working.

Extra thanks to all those kind folk who have brought tea and other goodies from the island, it's much appreciated.

To all those who tried out the Roor vape, please continue to let us know what you thought of it and if I took a photo of you smoking it- is it alright to pass them along to the man at the Roor shop?

The menu took quite a hit over the last couple of weeks and we've been busy getting new things for it. I've also expanded the text on the menu a bit, with some info about each strain where we have it. I'd be keen to hear what folk think of the slightly different look.

It's getting time to batten down the hatches for Queensday. Never the best of days in the coffeeshop trade.
Most of the day will be filled with dealing with hordes of wildly drunk people wanting to use the toilet, complain about me not having beer for sale, kick off about not being able to bring their beer into the shop and all other shades of alcohol fueled stupidity which always seem to predominate on the big Orange piss-up day.
After that it'll be time for summer or at least maybe spring to start showing it's face round here and I hope finally to have a new bench on the terrace to catch all the sunshine we get from 8am till 3pm every day. hope you can come along to enjoy it.

Hi Nelz.... I think you may have taken my pic when we first used the Roor vape. If so, you are welcome to pass it on. A GREAT piece of glass, smooth and hits like a hammer...LOVED IT..
You have a fantastic shop Nelz, you and Ingi should be proud of the wonderful work you have done and I wish you both all the success in the world. You deserve it.
Thanks.
If I don't see you no more in this world, I'll meet you on the next one.

Hello to all,

This message is for Nel of utopia, by what my stay approaches (2weeks) and I shall like know the variety which will replace the bubba kush if it is not any more in the menu?

I like the big effects indica (big stone with a fabulous aroma), that do you advise(do recommend) please Nel? :)

Cordially.

@ Trad- thank you sir, was nice to meet you and I hope I get a chance to have a few more beers with you at the Nes next time you're in town.

@the freeland- don't worry, there'll be plenty of kushy goodness as well as other big flavours on the menu for the forseeable future.

You'll need a long extension to get the Roor to the bench Nel
Don't mind you sending the Roor guys the pics...tell them it worked real well for 8 hours solid  just add the extra handle as mentioned...

Hi, nel. I'll be in A'dam this week, and yours is one of the many places I haven't been to that I'd like to see.

Two questions. I'm particularly interested in your hash. I notice from the latest menus you've got Temple Ball and a relatively cheap isolator – would you recommend these to someone looking for good, and strong, dark hash?

Secondly, slightly shamefacedly – I've been smoking for a long time, but never ventured to use a vapouriser, because, well, I've been smoking for a long time and it's embarrassing not to know how to use one. Should I give it a go?

Thanks for taking the time to chat here, and hope to see you when I'm in town on Wednesday or Thursday.

@ ouirdeaux- I can really recommend the Roor vape, it's very nice. I'm supposed to be returning it to the roor shop soon so sooner would be better than later. You'll be able to see some reviews of our nepalese and some pics of the ice back up the thread.

@ Pierre, while it is still the same owners, there has been something of a change of approach in recent months. Hope you can make it to see for yourself.

through the menu ...liked the Kandy Kush but not so keen on the Honey Haze...
A nice coffeeshop with a good vibe...i liked this place a lot and not because it was
just along the street from my hotel :D

Liked the Kandy Kush last Tuesday, and the general ambience, will return, whenever I return.
