no og18 available (and wont be for a while) which was slightly dissapointing but i was pointed in the direction of kandy kush, a close 2nd place apparently.. very nice smoke.. smelt amazing and it was a real kick in the face of a high. one of my favourite smokes of the trip

the nothern english or scottish guy was very friendly. would that be the guy who runs the place aka an acd member? i really liked this shop. cant wait to go back :D

thats him Dan! really cool bloke imo.. i do tend to get bad welcomes as being a 22 year old londoner who maybe dresses more on the 'rudeboy' side of things, people tend to make assumptions about me and my attitude but i couldnt have felt more welcome.. its as much about customer service as it is about getting good weed imo. voyagers did both very well! the shop itself could be nicer but you cant win em all

Just got back from town and Voyager's was my first stop:

My impressions:

Shop - nicely updated and quite comfortable with nice big windows;
Staff - pretty friendly
Atmosphere - chilled
Music - Bit too low volume for me to really get into it and no particular genre stands out but it was first thing in the morning.

Weed: Kandy Kush - lovely tasting and very nice morning stone
Dr Grinspoon - slightly darker in colour to the Barney's version but very intense head-high.
Chocolope - dont waste yer time! lol.

Pricing! - I didnt notice at first but they have their menu priced by the 0.7 or 0.8g NOT by the 1g. So you see the weed, see the price at 13.50 and you think 'OK - not cheap but looks good. Then, when you do the math(s), the prices are a piss-take just like several other shops! Yes, their weed is generally very good but this pricing of 0.8 and even 0.7 of a g (written quite small on menu) is a sign of sharp marketing practice to me and I will not be visiting them again unless that changes. What they offer is not so great that they deserve my loyalty when their pricing is almost the same as Barney's! In fact, if I remember correctly, Kandy Kush was 13.5euros for 0.7g = 19.28euros a GRAM! The Dr Grinspoon at 13.50 for 0.8 worked out at 16.9euros a gram! With truly lovely weed and hash available all over this town at better prices in venues as nice or better.... Voyagers just lost any priority for future visits.

Are you completely sure about that? According to the menu posted online the Kandy Kush is 13.50 eur/g, with 0.7g costing 10 euros. Unless maybe it's gotten a whole lot more expensive in the last two months...

Think he's got it wrong, I was in this week and the 0.7/0.8g are what you get for 10e, then the next column on the menu is the price per gram. And I'm pretty sure I got .7g of grinspoon for 10e.

Yep - confusion reigns.
Raided the €10 Eu deals column on the price list myself (for my selection box cum sampler set) and it clearly quotes to the nearest 0.1 of a gram what you are going to get.
HB still picked out the twigs and tat on these small €10 Eu deals too - does a cracking job does the lad :D
Full g prices are competitive too.
I'll be back there soon 8)
