I found 1eHulp by accident when i came here with my friend after christmas for new year's eve 2012/13. We just went there and damn, it was tough to get out. Can't even remember what we smoked there since it was our 3rd day. But we got some weed and hash and boy they smashed us good:)
Last time i picked some intensive care since i needed something cheaper. It exceeded my expectations/

Hahahahah
One time I was so baked, I forgot my laptop bag and walked half way home before realising that I also had my bike with me.

Caught the tram all the way down here to try the Amnesia wax, only to be told they had none in
Got some SSH instead, good stuff, the SSH smell is what I can only desribe as the reason I love Amsterdam. Used one of their ash-catcher bongs, and enjoyed some bong hits and spliffs down by the pool table.

So my two friends wanted to go for an English breakfast, I instead opted for the 'Full Moroccan'! I jumped on the tram 10 for a couple of stops from the Leidesplein and got off right outside 1e Hulp. This is quite a large coffeeshop split into three levels with the bar on your right hand side as you enter.
I ordered the Zero Zero for my morning smoke €7:50 1g, I also bought a gram tub of the White Widow Ice €18 and a drink. There were a couple of other guys sitting quietly smoking upstairs, there is plenty of seating available. I rolled a joint of the Zero Zero as it was a bit early in the morning for isolator, the dark Moroccan hash crumbled easily between my fingers. This was quite a bland tasting piece of hash, but the effects were a nice warming pronounced stone. I did not hang around for long in the shop and returned back to the hotel once my joint was burned.
I saved the white widow ice for the next day when we were off to the football, rolling two joints; the hash was unpressed little lumps very similar looking to the Grain Grains from Grey area. I made the mistake of just tipping the hash straight from the tub and into a rizla without crushing it at all, this led to a small meteor shower coming from the end of the joint. The hash hit me instantly, I could tell this was good shit but it was not until I stepped into the fresh air that the real effects kicked in, this was strong ice but not a buzzy high more a deep down stone that lasted all the way to the stadium, I topped it up outside with the second joint and had the best time during the match.
I can see why this coffeeshop is so well liked on the forum and I would say that it's easily one of the best all round coffeeshops I have visited good gear, friendly service, and lots of comfortable seating. Next time I visit I will be back on the ice again but will be looking at one of the more expensive ones maybe the OG Kush €24g

Try the lemon one, man. Tried it after dabbing in 1e Hulp last thursday:) Shame they didn't have any concentrates last week so we had to purchase them somewhere else and then go back to dab a bit.
Super Silver Sour Diesel Haze- definite recommendation, for 12e/g it was a repeat purchase as well as Utopia's Citral.
Intensive Care(7e) and Snow White(8)- cheaper ones, both very good, Snow White was looking reeeeaaalllyy goood, shining with crystals:)
Every time i visit the Dam, it's my usual spot to go. You have to visit to feel the atmosphere going around there. And it's next to the tram stop of nr 14 if you're lazy:)

Just seen the new menu at 1e Hulp and it looks great.
Can't wait to stop by in the next few days. I want to try the SSSD, Somari Diesel and Kosher.

Dropped in here on Saturday. The owner was sat just inside the door greeting everyone with a great big smile on his face. Tried the Choco Kush and the Super Silver Sour Diesel. Both nice smokes, put the SSSD into one joint and smoked it down by the pool table. After that and the cake from Paradox we floated back into the center. Great little place..
