...well I had 4 things from here a fortnight ago, all were superb

Casey Jones - ticked every box I could want to tick, checked out its heritage and apparently its a three way cross betwen thai/trainwreck/Sour Diesel. That part explains why I loved every smoke I had of it, and it was strong enough to make its own impression...personal favourite weed of my trip alongside the Amnesia Haze from Basjoes. Good quality buds too, well presented and cured.

Medicinal Leaf - Very nice 100% indica, was a nice couch locker and went very well with some of the more up hashes I was hitting (the mexican haze and the charas)

LA COnfidential - my first taste of this type, very happy with it, lovely taste and good hit, again I would have bought more if Id had more time

Super Afghani Hash - I asked the friendly bud guy why his Afghan was at least twice the price of everyone elses Afghan. He said that quite simply he has the higher grade, most dont. He showed me a big lump and Ive gotta say when viewed under light his fat lump looked gorgeous. I got a 5g ball to take and last me for the rest of the trip. It was very nice, as strong a hit as the temple ball, maybe a bit heavier in fact, quite expensive for its type but then compared to the 6 euro Kashmir I got from Club Media it was clearly a level or two above. I think it would make outrageous cookies/hot chocolate...

As per every other trip ive come away thinking that when they have a good batch I personally like their buds a lot and they always have something interesting to buy. Their two high end hashes the golden soles (less wow than last trip but still good enough to grab a 5 g lump) and the Super Afghan are both excellent too, so its a good place to hit and bugger off before all the tourists stopping and gawping from the street gets on yer nerves...

Good Afghan hash gives me a hang-over, real heavy stuff, the cheaper shite is border so it isn't true afghani, how much was it?

Hi Boner, it was i think 14e/g (may have been 12e, sorry, forgot to take notes) he gave me a discount on the 5g also, theres no doubting in my mind it was a significant step up from the rest of the afghan I saw, also yes it had that wonderful narcotic heaviness, personally I love that, can see that wouldnt suit others, it had a twinkle to it when you looked up close, and when you crumble/melted it, it feels very rich and resinous, certainly a recommended punt, cant belive ive been going in there for years and never bothered trying it from here, oh well.

ive got some pics of it, theyre not the greatest but it may inspire, can you remind me pls what the best site is at the mo to upload pics to so I can reply here with something imbedded?

Imageshack would probably be the "best" to use, ATM. Their site is a little...eh...a LOT slow some times, though. They don't delete pot pics.

This place is great, I just kept buying the 4077 because it is easily the best value I've seen and it was consistently good while I was there. Everything else was pretty good here and it was hard to try all the different kinds they have, can't remember what else I got here but I think that's a good thing.

I was in Grey Area a couple of times my last visit (26.06-02.07) first visit i sample the East Coast Sour Diesel when i asked about it , to see it the bt said "this is the best shit in the house at the moment" indeed it was the shiznitz ! pics to follow !

also the Kasey Jones , i liked this pretty fruity if i remember rightly ?

Next visit it was 2 grams ECSD something else not sure (i will check my notes)

Then last of all 2 G Chiesel lovely as usual , and 1G of the 4077 , this was ok pretty mellow still tasty weed though , i heard a dude describing the 4077 in the shop the bt dude (is it john ? tall one w/o glasses , shaved head) was saying he had only tried it when they first got it , but his mate was saying he really liked it and that it was a "creeper"

Got to Grey Area just as they were opening one day last week, was second in line , then the place within 30 seconds was lined up out the door.
Spent quite a bit here.
All the buds i was shown were chunky large "bud porn" quality, a perfect opposite to the "crumbs" i was shown in Barneys.
The ECSD was fantastic, instant perma smile, i can see why it is used to treat depression.
The Casey Jones was beautiful, fruity and fat, a perfect after lunch smoke.
The OG18 was very strong, a great relaxing night time Indica.
The Super Maroc, was very powerful hash, we talked about it for 2 minutes with the very friendly tender ( no rushing here, even with the large line up ), it is made from Afghani Hash plants harvested at 3000 meters.
The hash seemed a bit dry on the outside, he'd probobly had it for a while, but the inside was softer and still a beautiful creamy coffee colour.
It induced a very strong soaring high followed by a wave of body stone that if not fought would lead to perma-couchlock.
Strictly a buy and fly type shop for me, way too small and chaotic to sit in there, especially with the lovely Amnesia C.S. just around the corner.

Just back from dam was dubious as to wether to call here again as last time it was all prittyy average bud. so i got 1g kc 1g LA n 1g ko kush. kc was ok but nothing special looked better than it was LA completely lacking thrics n faint smell compared to bagheeras var which is identical almost to hunters also a darker colour n completely different bud structure n the KO Kush LOL i smoked a joint n gave the rest of that garbage away.

All in all ive tried everything on their menu barrin te yellow cab n any special they may get in n its overated at best. genuinely dont see how you guys can rave on about their weed as its consistantly the worse smoke of my trips their

Been to grey area a few times in the last 3 days and had:
Grey haze - great batch, better than in January IMO, fantastic taste and good high
Grey ice - sprinkled this sativa onto a few joints and it really does add a noticeable kick, well worth €25/g I think
Silver bubble - good high, great taste, not worth the extra €2 over the grey haze though
Big buddah cheese - very strong taste and effects. Wasn't planning on buying this but asked to see it and the budtender said it's one of the best batches he's ever had...I had to try it after smelling it
I am yet to be let down by grey area, I always go in with high expectations and always leave with my expectations being blown away!

First time I went there my girlfriend had a whitey and Jon found us a table and bought us coffee until she recovered. He was very nice to us.

Course I am a cheapskate and like to buy volume outside the centrum.
