How did you smoke that manali cream? in a bong, pipe or vape? Wish I tried more of James' variety, very rarely is there a bad smoke.
I am not really experienced in smoking hash but I did some bottle hits, some snakes in the grass, and I also set some on top of a bowl of weed. All I can really say about it is that it got me really high... Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

I do not believe I have found more consistently great bud anywhere in Amsterdam than I have found here. Period. I have nothing else to say (for this moment only.)
I went in here when I was in Amsterdam with some friends in Nov 2008, it was busy but the guy at the bar went out of his way to get us seated together when we'd been turned away by other coffeeshops. Didn't buy from here as we'd already just bought from Bushdoctor (I only made that mistake once, rubbish bubblegum) but the menu looked decent, and the drinks were good. Quite blocky inside, square wooden tables, wooden chairs and benches. Not a place to lounge around but definitely worth a visit I'd say. Might even buy next time.
Bagheera next door didn't look as nice but was just as busy.
Finally after all these years Ive found it! True to form, James was lovely and shook my hand with a warm smile when I said Hi and mentioned I knew of his name from here etc...anyhow, to cut to the chase, the Amnesia Haze was superb, the only haze Ive had that actually got me stoned in fact. I sat in there smoking this fine fine herb, he had a sort of chill out dance CD on, it was just the right background sounds for me to come up with, I was beginning to grind my teeth a bit, could feel the haze, could feel the stone, the music was great, best CD i heard in any coffee shop, then bought a g of his cheese as he was so clearly proud of his big bag of it! The cheese was nice, but the haze was much better.

oh man! i was at that exact same table just a week or so ago. i love basjoe and james is great. i had the heaven haze and the basjoe special. both were excellent but the special really stood out. made me feel the way i felt the first time i got hi!
