It seems I'm gonna be Absent. If plans I'm making now materialize I'm gonna jump on a cruise 4/7 for 11 days "Mexican Riviera" with the gf I settled down with late last year. If something changes I'll update soon. Lemming is right tho, about not knowing how much longer we will be able to partake.

I'm also considering opening my own business this year so lot going on over here. Can only hope im in a better place sometime soon in order to make another trip across the pond to visit with some truly amazing people that have helped me create a lifetime of memories that could never be forgotten and unsure what could surpass the fun that's been had.

Cheers to the whole acd fam/crew and I appreciate everyone I've met for something or another. Truly priceless how cool it is to be able to gather with people like that on a global scale. It's very special. I hope everyone enjoys for me.

That sounds good 2 me, can meet you in town at a coffeeshop or at CS before heading off if that suits you

Hard to believe that a few years ago the only rosin in Coffeeshops was in Willie Wortel coffeeshops in Haarlem and you had to press it yourself, they sold the flower or hash and offered the use of their press. Now there is government approved extracts in towns like Zaandam, really great progress, got to stop and smell the roses sometimes......or the extracts in this case

Think it was 2019, some ACDers went to Haarlem and pressed rosin with Nol himself (R.I.P). I arrived too late to make it out there with them unfortunately.

Accomodation booked, staying near the Leidesplein end of Vondelpark.

Hey folks, I will be attending the 4/20 meet up at 4:20 at 420 Cafe, my favorite Amsterdam coffe shop! The last time I was there in 2024, I met a fellow Frank Zappa fan and member of ACDF, who made me aware of this forum. Now that I'm officially signed up on here, I look forward to partaking in this event! I will be performing at The Roadburn Festival in Tilburg from 4/17-19, and then ill be back in Amsterdam on 4/20 for the big celebration! Cheers!

Yeah, looking forward to meeting up for a sess! I've tried some of the Q-Farms rosin from Smokery in Wormerveer and really enjoyed it, particularlly for the price. I got some of the Glamfruitz, but they other strains smelt and looked good too. They've also started doing 0.5g jars and the walk from the train station along the river is quite nice.

Yeah man, triple Proxy sess sounds like a plan! Possibly a messy plan but should be a good time!

Yep Jon Liedkis good people and crashing on my sofa bed at my houseboat on the 20th. He did come to the pinball tourney in 2024 because he was amazed that this group exists. Musician and theramin player with a Zappa history. 420 will be epic this year.
