Lensed by Kubrick's last cameraman, Larry Smith, the film looks like Clockwork Orange, but Danish director Refn (his latest movie is Drive, previous is Valhalla Raising) delivers a bit more experimental film. Everyone I've shown it to is quite amazed- it's a helluva ride.

Cheers mate, just watched the trailor for Drive, looks pretty slick, looked up Valhalla Raising as well, cant go wrong with Vikings, will give them both a look when I get a chance and let you know

Be careful with Valhalla RIsing. It watches like a Tarkovsky movie and moves very very slowly. Drive hits some similar themes as Valhalla, but with cars and Los Angeles. And a little more movement. Lead actor from Breaking Bad has a role in it.

In addition to Bronson and Eyes Wide Shut he's lensed The Guard (pretty histerical, in a Galway way), and the eye-candy (color, lighting) that is Elizabeth I (w/H.Mirren).
