NY Kush vapor leaves a dry dusty aftertaste in my mouth, like many of Boerejongens/Bij recent kushes.
The nugs are dense and hard and looking at a pic of Bij's OG Kush it looks very similar to that one in structure. I'm guessing that they are playing around with some aggressive nutrients.

Ugh.. just tried some and found the same dusty flavor on the Dr Candyspoon. Actually the dusty flavor is dominant, can't taste much of the kandy kush aroma cos it just drowns in dustiness.

Is a shame cos I really really like the rest of this NY Kush flavor and buzz.

So having been on an enforced tolerance break of around 2 months, I am finally in a position to be smoking again, and decided that I would pop to the Utrechtstraat branch =) Grabbed a 1.5g of White Choco and 1g of Super Silver Haze
The White Choco (7.50, maybe 8.50) looked and smelt rather nice, though the buds were not very big, I decided I would grab 1.5g. Scent intensifies (unsurprisingly), almost sweet. Will say that it was almost a bit spongey in texture, not damp but not really dry and crisp, grinds ok but some slightly solid chunks filter down. Smoke wise, found it to smoke quite smooth, on the first joint I thought it tasted really good, but subsequent joints haven't tasted quite as nice. Not a great judge of strength at the moment, due to it being my first real smoke in 2 months), but the first joint hit pretty strong. Subsequent joints have seen a pretty average stony effect, not really weak, but not a knock out. Like I say pretty small joints rolled though
Also grabbed some Super Silver Haze (maybe 9.50 euro), which had decent looking nugs, which I thought had a nice sativa looking bud structure, with plenty of trichs. Nice sweet aroma, slighty sweet but also a hint of spiciness in there. Texture was quite similar to the White Choco, but maybe not as bad. Nice hit, a decent strength I thought, which got me pretty high, even though I was rolling pretty weak with it. Quite a pleasant taste, though my pallet (which is decidedly average at best) is a little out of practise.

was here for some sativa

budtender showed me the Heavens Haze (12€/g) which
looked pretty nice and had a great hazy smell... after buying I noticed that the weed
was really to sticky... never had such wet weed from a coffeeshop for a long long while

The smoke was surprisingly smooth but damn it´s not nice to sell wet weed like that...

You're spot on with the White Choco effect. Last summer I smoked alot and after a month of heavy Amsterdam smoking, I got the same effect with White C. First joint was amazing, but every joint that followed got me less stoned.

Last time I was here, the dealer (owner looking guy, tall bald with glasses) gave me .2g extra on my gram of SSH because he said it was moist and that it was so difficult to dry their weed in this humid weather.
But it seems that they have been stocking wet weed and often, as a result, moldy weed for much longer than just this warm period. Plus some of their bud tastes wrong (many kushes) or has loads of small seeds/ovules that give a harsh smoke.

Girl Scout Cookie Block hash, 9.5pg, I tried some and it had a typical sweetened polm flavor and wasn't very strong, certainly was weaker than what I'd expect for polm at that price.
