Great as usual, tried multiple strains. My favorites were the Cheeseline and Kuchi last week. The isolator was also some of the better Iso I tried.

Is there a good time to get a seat in here? I remember my bro and me getting really lucky last time with a space emerging at just the right time (November 2008 - Silver Bubble and Obama Haze). This is a must visit for me but I want to try and avoid a complete buy and fly if at all possible.
I was thinking of going Monday lunchtime.

Try going right when they open. Be there 10 minutes early and make sure you're one of the first ones in there. Not sure, but I think they open at noon.

Get there early, and then expect them to open 15 minutes late or so...when I sleep late, this is my first choice for wake and bakes...they have nice glass too, silver bubble bong hits for breakfast...
My wife hates this place though. Too small and uncomfortable with their metal chairs and tiny stools. I like the bud so it's OK with me...we then go around the corner to Amnesia and she gets some fancy tea in a cushy chair and all is well again...

In the past I spent more time in the grey area, today I go there just sometimes (it is too much expensive for who lives in Amsterdam and smoke weed every day) to check if they insert some new stuff on the menu...X18 was really good! I taked it few days before the post of mine that speaked about X18 for the first time.
Jah Bless

I have been to the Grey Area a modest two times (or on two trips to Amsterdam, on separate occasions). Never had a sit down, always buy-n-fly, but the herb has always been top class dank. A couple of years ago I remember sampling at least the Yellowcab, Martian Mean Green, Silver Bubble and Grey Haze. Earlier this year I bought the MMG again, as well as OG#18 and GreyBerry. GreyBerry was great value for money at 8,5€/g, the MMG was tasty and quirky as before, but the OG was a real treat. Even after constant daily toking in Groningen, that bud absolutely floored me. I was stoned like I hadn't been for a long, long while.

thanks dre! unfortunately it wasnt on the menu last week
i ended up trying grey berry, grey haze and silver bubble.. the grey haze and silver bubble were nice smokes, not as good quality as id expected judging from my last trip but nice none the less. the silver bubble was the better of the two. the grey berry wasnt very nice at all however. reminded me of the very average dutch import i get at home. left a bad aftertaste
it was my own fault as i was in a hurry and didnt check out the grey berry before i purchased. lesson learnt

Grey diesel!! Is a must at the moment, its the proper graitfuit taste, was the only bud I brought seconds of on my trip last week and the best the trip, all their product is great sliver bubble was also outstanding, service was great as normal. Tbf this is one of the hand full of shops I will spend money In after last week, had so much ok -shit bud, grey area and club media were the only places with good gear.
