people have bad days. cant judge a cs based on one bad experience or someone being rude. by that reasoning i'd have blacklisted 10+ perfectly good coffeeshops by now. give it anotber try dan. basjoe is a top shop. definitely one of my faves personally.

Totally agree, and might I add a couple of C/S names of a few that I would have blacklisted, just to name a few ...
- Mellow Yellow: For thinking I was a strung-out drug addict and tossing me out. Peace has since been made... water under the bridge and all that.
- Dampkring: The lighting in the bud tender area was out so the tender allowed me to step under a light less than 2 meters from the counter. An employee went a little bit overboard when he grabbed the menu out of my hands and told me to leave. WTF? I looked at the tender for some support but he just stood there saying nothing. This was last year and I have returned since then, confronted the individuals concerned and everything is now as right as rain. I even received a gram for my troubles, now that's customer service.
- Basjoe: That's right, my favorite shop was on my shit list for a very short time. Basically, on a couple of occasions that I've traveled to AMS just to go to Basjoe, but when arriving at the shop, it was closed for the day. Everybody deserves a day off, correct? Just not when I'm coming to town.
