hey guys....gals
I just found out that my mother dies sometime around
memorial day...my evil aunt told me and broke my heart...she knew last week but no- body wanted to tell me..because my sister told them not to...
My SISTER (who is baptist and when I aksed her for the last time before I changed my WILL "Cant be try to be friends" to which my SISTER said
"I would always have to tell you your a sinner" Because I'm gay)

My SISTER denied me the respect of a human being...I believe My mother
might have been creamated...so there is no place to go execpt whats in my mind

I dont know much of the details except my sister told them not to tell me and several of me relatives......And they did

Ps I'm fifty people...well almost, so its not some wild child saying this...

I own my own home
never really been in trouble...nothing like shoplifting which my sister was arrested in Burdines for.....Never been Married...
Let alone 1 or 2 anuled 2 divorces from a real nut case...an escape from an Irian guy by climbing out of his window in the middle of the night
with my year old nephew........She wrecked 3 cars...drinking with her boyfriend.................................me 0.....Dont really drink much...would
rather have a shot of baileys in my coffeethen anything else...

Wait lastly we spent alot of weekends my girlfriend Judy and I...With my SISTER incamped in my spare bedroom...Sometimes she wouldent leave until monday

Now she has changed her regelion from Cathlotic which we were raised to
Baptist....and forgot about the sister she took advantage of...
you know...
My SISTER would some times be the reason my girlfriend Judy and I would be fighting...I would tell Her my Judy...dont make me do anything mean to my SISTER...that would be like making me choose you over her...and I wouldent like to be put into that sitution...NOW in the end of it all...
MY BIGEST TREASURE IS>>>MY JUDY....I thank GOD everyday for
puting us together...

PPS......Any of you that have personally met me .....Yes the FIRST call I
made....was to my Attny.....Can you all say injunction.......

So my reasons for putting this out there are for feedback
on what to ask the attny...maybe people can tell me what to look for and how to find it..
Second Its like 2:35 am Wens...I've trying to sleep since Midnight
and just need a place to hang out...with people just like me
thanks

Life's never straight forward is it?

Sorry to hear about your loss and the hassles surrounding everything else.

I can't really offer any advice about what to ask only that you write down everything first so you don't miss anything important, the human mind tends to leave out huge chunks at the most inopportune moments.

Just explain the situation and the legal eagles will let you know where you stand.

Hi Blu, Firstly can I offer my deepest sympathy with regard to the loss of your Mother. I'm still trying to find my direction after the loss of my Gran at the end of April so, I feel for you.

I can't really offer any more than DrGonzo but will say; whatever comes into your (probably) very busy head, write it down. I have read through things I have written down on the spur of the moment and I was suprised.

I'm (we're?) all ears if you need us.

Must be hard times for you and to tell the truth I don't know how you feel as I am lucky enough to still have the people I care closely for around me still. I just hope you are doing well and in a good state of mind.

Personally I can never see the disagreement in religion and sexulaity - surely as John Lennon said it better to "Make Love Not War"

All the best. Take care.

Blu; very sorry to hear about your loss. This is one of the really nice things about this forum, you can open up and tell people about things that are happening to you that are very importent to you and have nothing to do w/weed. I know from experience posting about my grandson Jett that people here are very supportive of each other. I hope things work out for you and your family, I know what religion can do to people who go overboard ( I used to be fucked up on drugs , but now I'm fucked up on god  ) Just do what you have to do to get through this and always remember you have a caring family here you can vent to when ever you need to. Keep the faith

I am not a religious person at all and I do not understand why it causes so much sorrow around the world when it is supposed to be an inspiration to the people who are religious.

I also cannot understand why you weren't informed for so long but I think we're going back to that 'R' word again.

I CAN understand loss of family and I wish you all the best in the future and hope that you have the chance to grieve peacefully.

Hey Blue,
I'm terribly sorry about your loss.
It's unfortunate that people can't appreciate family for what it is.

Peace to you Blue and my sympathy. I know how you feel and have had experience simliliar to yours. All I can do is to offer a suggestion. Your memories of your mom are yours forever and nobody can take them away from you. Spend sometime with your thoughts and try not to be too upset about not viewing your mom after she left.

As for your sister, sounds like you and her should part company. You live your life and your sister should live hers. If you have to go the legal route then do what you have to.

I learned to let things go. In time I think you will be happier if you do the same.

First allow me to express my condolences Blue, I guess that nothing I or any other can say will do much more than perhaps provide a little comfort. I hope that I and all the considered posters prior to me have in some way accomplished that.

I cannot begin to express my disgust of anything that prevents the free expression of the individual. Nothing and no one, not “even” god, allah, buddah, Hegel, Marx nor any other, has the right to hinder that. I am truly sorry that you, as so many others, still suffer under the whims of such evil. Again my deepest condolences for your loss and the hardships brought on to you by the ignorance of others.
