I know a couple of people have him on their facebook friends list but for those that dont he's been in Holland (and still is) seeing a Dr getting a medicinal cannabis prescription, well he's suceeded, he's prescribed 2 grams a day and has an initial prescription for 60 grams and has arranged for further prescriptions to be sent to the UK and he'll collect them from his chemist, he's said this is all covered by the Geneva convention, this is a huge breakthrough for medicianl cannabis here in the UK and could be for all over Europe.
He hasn't come back yet so we're waiting to see whats going to happen then.
Here's his prescription:

Wow, i recently watched a few of pinky's youtube videos, seems like he just wants to live a decent and relatively pain free life. I hope this works out for him but some how i dont think it will.

A few quotes from Jim:
im sat in wally wortels c/s in haarlem, reading emails that states that the independent wants to run the exclusive on me. they dont want me to talk to anyone else about this story. this could get this government of ours to finally listen to us. the reporter will send a reporter to meet me on arrival back into the uk. i... have a feeling i might hit the main front pages in the uk. if i do its about bloody time too!! lol
em has gone to collect my medication from a special chemist miles away from here. all is going well. i have called customs this morning and said what i had and what i intend to so.
they said i will need a medical report to be able to carry ...such medicine. i have this and am allowed to travel with my prescribed medication back to the UK. this is protected by the geneva convention
I'm receiving continuing medicinal cannabis treatment as a dutch patient . this treatment cannot stop just because I've gone home. its such a shame

they better not take the medication. its costing 650 euros about £600. they cannot take it by law. omg the press are going to f**king love me but the police are not going to be to happy with me!! lol
if you have gps support in the uk to use, then it may also work for you. i will update all after the story is out. the press want to contact the doctor. im awaiting a email back to see if he agrees that his name is released. this is one big... story whether i make it back or not!!
have i got more new for everyone too. i will wait before releasing this but this is just the start of the story

weds it will be in there as a small story. he Sunday independent want the exclusive

ty clara and others for the comments, it brings a tear to my eye knowing that your liking the way im doing things now. i know i made a few mistakes but everyone learns by there mistakes. i refused to give up thou and i still wont give up no...w. the press cannot show support to cannabis users as it illegal, now im legal this will get cannabis promoted as it needs to be. finally the uk will be educated about the good side of cannabis
all i wanted was to be able to get a personally supply grown for me. they outlawed me for trying to help myself as the nhs failed to help me. this is only done because of the heartless police of dorset who continue to use the law to torture me and others alike.
now that i have a cannabis passport im free to speak up for others with a joint on the go if i wish. this will be my claim to fame if it works, then i will have to sit back and relax and still continue to help others get the laws changed. this is the biggest thing to happen for a while in the uk. lets hope im right this time, if not its back to the drawing board again but this isnt a problem as i love inventing new ways to challenge the law in the uk

From the impression I get yes you can, he isn't disclosing everything just yet as he's saving it for the newspaper but once thats done he's going to let everyone know exactly how he went about it, I'll do my best to keep everyone posted.

I think this is relevant, sorry if it is not...
There's a Swedish guy awating trial for just this, he went to a doctor in Germany, got prescribed Dronabinol, picked it up in the Netherlands... and got arrested once back in Sweden.
He had anticipated being arrested, but for smuggling (in what case he would have challenged the system to once and for all find out what is the case here) and not for possession as he was. He had been given a go ahead by Swedish Medical Products Agency.
You could read his letter here:
http://kol14.com/slaggtippen/marinol-tr ... ns-wanted/
As it appears now, it's only legal if you are a citizen in which the cannabis is prescribed. For example, a Dutch man should be able to travel anywhere in EU with his Dutch cannabis..
