Every couple of years i make my friends and family a Christmas-Holliday music collection to be sent out with the cards.
Lets see if some of you can post some interesting choices, and maybe we all may find some new classics.
I'll start with a choice track :
James Brown's Santa Clause Goes Straight To The Ghetto :

they are barely allowed to play Christmas music in the airports and malls here anymore. i guess my fave is silent night and deck the halls though. not big on holiday music.

im middle of the road liberal so i can kinda see why...but at the same time its also a bit to pc for me and seems stupid. instead of not playing any music at all they could play Hanukkah and Christmas music. they aren't allowed to say Merry Christmas many places anymore either. once again i can see why, but they should let people make their own judgment call.

that's nothing...here we have a station that starts 24/7 christmas music the day after Thanksgiving and goes - you guess it - all the way up to Christmas day!!! WTF???
this is still a classic (parts 2&3 too!);
