Xbox Kinect Help

Hey,
My lil bro has got a kinect for christmas. However he has the old 360. I read somewhere that the kinect has to be plugged into the back of the xbox, same place as the wi-fi port. Is there a way of being able to use kinect and wi-fi?
Sorry if this sounds simple, im a PS3 user, no nothing about the brass box (sorry x box). Just wanna make sure that he doesn't get a kinect and then has no way of using it on the day...that would kill me if i was his age

Thanks dude.....Read on a few websites that you need some sort of adapter for the old 360...any game recommendations? i've got him adventures and kinect sports so far....

Those 2 games are good fun, as im a big kid, i decided to go get one last week. If he can play those games for a few weeks then star wars will be out, Forza 3, and i belive some of the Lego games.

Once its set up and ready to go ill be looking for a fight
...show off a few of my boxing skills
Somebody told me UFC are releasing a game for it....how that will work i don't know....but i can see fight night being pretty good

had a go on the the lil bro kinect yesterday, makes me almost want to get an xbox just for it.....track and field is a work out, havent got on the boxing yet

I was thinking the same thing, i tried a mates the other day and TBH i think its pretty amazing
. Easily worth buying a system just for that which is what i am going to do i think.
