Desert Island Discs?
Go on then, 3 songs you'd like to have with you on a desert island.
1: Wish you were here - Pink Floyd
2: Hotel California - The Eagles
3: On a day like this - Elbow.
Edited no.3 in.

2. King for a Day...Fool for a Lifetime. Faith No More.

Re: Desert Island Discs?
just 3?
i cant even begin to narrow my ultimate records down to single numbers... so the first three which pop into my head are
Awol Live in London ... the greatest jungle recording ever, the crowd noise through out is unbelievable, goosebumbs.
Euphoria vol 1 .... from 1999 i believe, this album captured trance in all its glory for me. also goosebumbs.
O.T.T - Hallucinogen in Dub ... a truelly wonderfull psy-dub album. an amazingly produced album, that makes you want to dance so hard to chill out. again... goosebumbs.
but if i was playing the game properly, i would want more variety if i could only have three, and i havnt even mentioned any dub roots reggae stuff, which is pretty much what i maily listen too...

Re: Desert Island Discs?
Yeah I said 3 as it's such a challenge, maybe we should up it to 10 single tunes and 1 album?

Re: Desert Island Discs?
Thank you so much for considering, slightly altering your thread "Boner", to allow 10 top tunes and an album, as everytime i stick on my music i feel the need to juggle the choices i'd already given
.....10 songs still won't be easy, ...but should give a greater insight into what the neightbours have to put up with
1 album is not goin' to be easy either...so, so many, for many different reasons.
Got to have a good think about this first
