Where are houses with names of countries on them?

Hello Everyone, we're trying to locate a spot from one of our walking trips around Amsterdam. Could anyone please tell us if they know where we found it? It's a group of houses where each one is styled and named for a particular country. There was a Spanish one, an English one, a Russian one (I think), and several others. It could have been in the east end, near the Dapper markt, we walked a lot around there. Any help would be appreciated as we're going again soon. Thank you.

its down south, near vondlepark... dont remeber the excact street, but that should point you in the right direction.

found it, they are on 'Roemer Visscherstraat' which is indeed near vondle park

Thank you to the Chelsea Charmers (and balou)! We looked by Google, but obviously not well enough. Looked on foot last May too, but we were searching out east.

I googled this pic. I was in this street once but did't notice that. Thanks CSS for that information. Next time I'll pay attention.

Yes! That's the place! Found it while strolling(stumbling) around in a coffeeshop-induced haze at 420 in 2011, and could never remember where it was. Thanks for helping with my short-term..umm...ummm.........

Apparently lots of people missed it. We asked many locals and a few tourist info people, nobody even knew about it, much less where it was. Wanted some photos this time, so we appreciate the effort ACDers!
