secret cult?

in advance i appologize for rambling and my bad punctuation and spelling 
while sitting in amnesia over the last two years i got to talking to two guys (on separate occasions, ive never seen them together) one of them, who we now call mister grinder, had like 10 grinders that he kept in different pockets, he would give his grinders to people to use then inhale the residue straight from the grinder. he explained it to us with an intense look in his eyes, he would ramble on about different things approaching different tables and randomly giving phsycic readings to people, some people treated him like a crazy hobo but i found if you give him the time of day he is a good guy and i suspect the mad thing is an act but i could be wrong.
he had a collection of note books and a pot of pens and he would ask people to draw in his books. he told us "they were looking for the next picasso"
the other man wore a red leather jump suit and wore a cowboy hat, he stood in the middle of amnesia and did some crazy techno dance. he came at sat with us and told us he was a medium and then gave us a phsycic reading. it was just standard cold reading really.
anyway he told us that he had a gallery round the corner and that we should come round.
later that day we walked past his gallery by accident and he was in there painting on huge canvases.
we decided to go in and say hello. after a discussion about his art he gave us a few a4 paintings and gave me his pone number and invited me to come and stay with him next time im in the dam and he would make soup. his name is harry van gestel
im getting to the point now
they both had the same haircut, the sides of their heads were closed shaved and the rest left to do what it wants
ive seen other men around dressed similar and with the same haircuts.
my 2 questions are is there any meaning in the appearance of these men? and do you think its safe to go and stay with harry?
