This is old hat, very old. The Netherlands has been going down a path, blindly wandering for a few years now, not sure about concentrates or cannabis with a THC% greater that 15. Now it's the USofA's turn... Hmm, that last bit has me thinking... how long will it take for the authorities in CO and WA to begin implementing THC% limits or banning certain products? Me thinks as with concentrates, this too will take them a few years to catch up. Stoners...

ignornace is bliss apparently. Willjay has it right.. legalize it, control it, and your kids won't be able to get it as easily. The scarier part is what else they can get from the black market dealers. they can probably get actual drugs!
