exchanging US bills

I was looking to exchange a little bit of cash on the Damrak when I head over and was wondering if I should know anything beforehand as for the condition of the bills I will exchange. I don't know how picky they are over there and if it matters, but just wanted to be sure. A few of the bills has very tiny tear on it. barely noticeable unless your looking for it I guess. Also, does it matter if they are small or bigger bills?

They won't care, just bring your passport as you'll need ID to exchange foreign currency. Other than that it'll be cool. To be honest, you'd probably get a better exchange rate going through your own bank at home, so just taking out Euros from your bank before you leave. Any Forex biz in a tourist area is going to fleece you on the rate, but your bank will usually get you closer to the actual exchange.

Thanks for the advice man! I checked my banks rate recently and wasn't too good. I found Potts change and Lorentz to have pretty good rates on damrak. Every other place was not favorably as you'd say.
