Namaste to all :D

Just joined the forums - am pleased to be here :)

I'm a psychedelic artist from the uk. My work can be found at www.ciaranshaman.co.uk and www.myspace.com/ciaranwizard

Am over in Amsterdam from April 30th for a few days seeking work (and needless to say sampling a few coffeeshops) as I'm relocating to the Dam to build my career as an artist. If anyone can point me in the right direction for coffeeshop/barwork/accomodation - or any work I'd be forever grateful :D

Hope all's flowing for you and yours,
Ciaran

Nice artwork, it reminded me of this guy's work, I met him last year.

Good luck to you with your travels!

For accommodations you could try the hospitality club website - here's the Netherlands page

I enjoyed looking at your gallery - some very interesting images - thanks.

It sucks, but the best way to get bar/coffeeshop work is to go CV in hand to as many as ya can and ask. Most will dump yer CV and forget ya as soon as ya leave, but some wont. Irish bars are always a good bet because they have a high rotation of staff, unfortunately though, this can be due to many of the owners bein twats. Still, once yer in a job it starts opening the information door to everything else. Other work, accomodation, cheap shops etc.
